Yes I did race(14 years), No I wasn't very good but I had a great time and still go to every race that I can.
Love most sports but will always follow moto. Maybe one day, with the permission of 'She who must be obeyed' I'll give the vets a shot. Until then I'll enjoy my 4 sons, the sound of the surf and some good bench racing!

The guys that race or have raced do, the guys with the blinged out bike in the garage don't. Pretty easy to see in this thread who has actually let the clutch out!

But the tracks are too loamy and there's no one to see me pull off my classic tank slapper to endo move!!! No Redbull (Monster/Rockstar etc) chicks either! Sheesh! I'd probably have to start my own bike!!!! WTF!!

Try Sidi Crossfire. Great boots and they also happen to fit people with big calf muscles. I have a pair of Sidi Flex and AStar 8's, the Sidi's make the AStars feel tight and stiff. Haven't tried 10's or most of the gear companies boots though.

I'd ride it, or at least give it a shot but I would still prefer my local track. I have issues with the slow down to go fast ideology of supercross. If I wanted to spend the whole day in second gear then I'd get one of AJ's bikes. Purdy pictures though
