Reed put white plastics on the bikes he was testing, even though he wasn't under contract with a manufacturer. He would then post grainy pictures of him on the mysterious white bike hoping to attract the attention he so desperately desired. In comparison, Roczen is being pretty transparent. He's a free agent and he's going to try everything.

My problem with it is Vince offering to pay a bounty for someone else to do it. Rubbing is racing, paying someone to put a hit on someone is not racing, it's pure trash and probably illegal on several levels I'd imagine.

I watched it Sunday evening after I finished cleaning and putting the toy hauler away for the winter. And after I'd washed 3 bikes. Was hopeful it would be worth watching, and IMHO it was not. Many here have already listed the reasons. So I won't watch it again, even for free, and I sure as hell won't pay to watch it.

The whole issue is not that they held a race or whatever other factors you want to share. Yes, it is awesome kids over there got to see Roczen and Tomac along with all the other badass pros. They have had those opportunities for years with the other off season race and those have been arguably better run than this one. The problem is the promotors are intentionally trying to compare their "series" that was supposed to be 5 races (now 2) and 10 next year (now 8 and dropping) with the established premier SX series in the world and...

Looks like stats carry over because the AMA SX series used to be an FIM World Championship. The wins, points, etc. from WSX shouldn't be added to the record books. Let them start their own.
