3/8/2025 3:15pm I have an old KX that all of the Nickosil coating on the cylinder flaked off and blew my motor up.. Kawasaki was awesome and replace the entire motor.. If your bike blew up do to the issue they have now they will stand behind it I am sure..

Just trying to decide.. Tired of my 100% everyone at the track has the same goggles as I do the 3 - 4 times I ride each year.. haha

If they had knocked the jumps down, made the whoops into rollers, and kept the design of the track to look like a real SX track but with mellowed-out obstacles, it would have been much better. Its a huge money grab for the “ grow the sport” types…. Last few years I did the Vintage day because I like seeing the old bikes, they blow you out quickly, its really just a supporting role to the quad races…but those 2$ “Major Event” plaques are sick👌

It's for safety. I'm going to give you guys some personal experience: In 2003, I raced the amateur day at the San Diego Supercross. It was the day after the race, and the bulldozers had gone out and flattened the whoops by a huge amount, removed the first jump from all the triples, and cleaned up all the lines. Now, at the time I was a winning +30 Intermediate, but I was barely able to get around that track on my first few laps of practice. Supercross is a whole other animal, and not everyone is going to be able...

My son and I got to hang out with Mike and his crew all day at Cross Creek MX years ago. He was very nice to both of us. (Tony, too) Like Alph said, that guy loves moto more than anyone I ever met. Get better 800.
