5/24/2026 9:11am Janis Reisulis is a really good surprise here. When he won the 125 title a couple years back, he was really flying, one of the fastest 125 european champion over the last 10 years. He got injured and missed a year, and came back last year to become EMX250 championship, but he was not as fast as expected. I think this year his consistency makes him a serious 250 racer.

5/24/2026 9:11am Seewers fastest lap time 1:44:722. Everybody else between 10th and 20th put in 1:41-1:42 laptimes. I said it in some other thread here but i will say it again, Seewer and Ducati has to split because this is a waste of time.

5/24/2026 9:10am Seewer went from being a constant top 5 guy to battling for 20th week in and out in just 3 seasons and I really don't think it's just the bike, so awkward. I wonder if he's done already and thinking about retirement? Feels like he's just riding around, not pushing at all On the other hand.. The top 15 are crazy right now, but it's still not the same Seewer out there we have seen a couple years ago

5/24/2026 9:10am Worked out fine for Hunter and Ferrandis. A lot of people already forgot maybe, but those two also weren't consistent at all and crashing a lot on the 250 when they were still riding MXGP. Specially Hunter hit the deck a lot in 2017/2018, even more than Sacha now and look where Hunter is now. As they say: "You can always work with speed". Sacha definitely always looks on the edge, super scary to watch

Then off season starts 2nd week of Oct. 2 months later A1. Crazy. Or maybe they start outdoors? But then I guess they wouldnt do Bercy

5/21/2026 1:57pm I want to say Lewis talked about how Jeffery at one point had higher deals where it was wins only and about 50k for a GP win in one of the MXGP review pods.

5/21/2026 1:56pm Its him and his dad and a mechanic working out of a camper, under the Goswell Honda banner, bikes look good, they seem to be doing OK with what they have, no idea if they are getting help from DT , but i do know that Brookes' engines are done by Ryan Thorpe, so maybe his are too. I will say that the 'big rigs' have gone from the MXGB pits, Lexa's truck hasnt been seen in a while, Absolute KTM are working out of vans and EZ-Ups, only Phoenix Tools Fantic have a big set up, along with SC...

5/21/2026 1:55pm I spent time talking to his mechanic at the weekend, they have been chasing stuff for the last year and a bit with the Triumph, and have finally decided to move on, and i know he had a few injuries prior, which have taken him a while to get over, and i think almost made him quit. And your last sentence, i dont disagree, he isnt a youngster any more in EMX/MX2 terms, but seeing him ride , he is going well here, and has shown speed in EMX too, i dont think we are pinning hopes on him being...

5/21/2026 1:55pm His inconsistency has been down to bike failures/problems. He switched to Honda this weekend and qualified on pole, had a good first race and crashed out of race 2 rerun when in 5th . Expect him to be better on the Honda.

5/19/2026 2:43am There is one more Dutch Masters race in July. But yes, I think it is a good thing he keeps racing, will definitely give him an edge for next year. Cool to see the EMX guys mixing up

5/19/2026 2:43am Gabriel SS24 will be in France with Oriol Oliver anyway, and there is a month break for the British Championship, and i think the Dutch series is now done, he has to race somewhere. Added to Askew, Brookes ( assuming he wasnt injured in his off at Landrake) and a couple of others, it should be a decent entry .

5/19/2026 2:43am It was a sketchy thing to be doing on a 250, high risk, low reward. I was with the guys from the UK end of the team at Lyng for a while and they were stoked to have him on board.
