DO YOGA! glad some of the community is aware of how beneficial this can be to your life, and especially to motocross. Being flexible prevents injuries, as well as helps your technique. Stretching out my hamstrings and strengthening my core made riding in the attack position much easier. Take some classes and sit in the back for a great view...
Thank you for the detail here. Just posting "my dad has a fusion and is now immobile" isn't very helpful and kind of makes it sound like he's immobile because of the fusion, which is not the case. I can relate to this in the sense of you wanting your father to make healthier choices, but him choosing to not...
Little advice, just remember, when people have surgery and things go well, they usually dont go post about it on the internet! This guy above me gives no detail as to his dads situation, other than that he has 3 discs fused and is immobile. Who knows if thats a result of the fusion or other issues. Don't freak yourself...

You have to be smoking sheetrock to think JS7 is going to come in and win races right away. I am a huge fan of his and always have been, but we haven't seen the real Js7 since 2014. Hopefully he can prove me wrong, but even if he doesn't, I just want to see him ride. Id say consistent...

I think alot of this comes from him taking Villopotos vacant spot at Monster Energy Kawi. They won the SX championship four years in a row, so people know the team is capable of dominating. People assume he is going to be a contender because he is on a winning team. I am a huge ET3 fan, and as much...

Huge fan man! Definitely pulling for you this year. Sorry for the tough question, but I want to know. Do you think the strenuous cycling you were doing had anything to do with your shoulder injuries? How much better do you feel the rowing machine is?

I know a kid who towes a small single axle enclosed trailer with a TDI golf. Even with a small 4 cyl 2.0 or 5 cyl 2.5, you should have no problem towing a small trailer with two bikes. Reinforcing the hitch would not be a bad idea!

jeffskii Started a new thread Taller riders and bike choice

I have heard people talk about how taller riders are better suited for 450s vs 250s. Is this true and if so why? Aren't all bikes the same size roughly?

Aren't 450s and 250s the same size? (he didnt say anything about weight so I dont see why he needs a 450) I am 6'2". Any stock bike feels small for me. I ride a 2012 KTM 150 and would recommend you look into them, its a great bike to learn on. I run Pro Taper KX High bars and...
