Little advice, just remember, when people have surgery and things go well, they usually dont go post about it on the internet! I second the foundation training! lots of free videos on youtube, buy the books, study the exercises, make sure your doing them right! You will feel it when you are doing it right. Great for posture and overall health

I know a kid who towes a small single axle enclosed trailer with a TDI golf. Even with a small 4 cyl 2.0 or 5 cyl 2.5, you should have no problem towing a small trailer with two bikes. Reinforcing the hitch would not be a bad idea!
