Hey Everyone,
So my buddy Jake used to train with a guy that helped quite a few amateur and professional moto kids improve fitness and endurance for riding specifically. I've spent time in my home gym for a couple years (apparently doing the wrong workouts) and have still severely struggled with arm pump and just basic fatigue while trying to put motos in at the track.
Jake's been creating short 20-30 min workouts (all different each time) that I've been doing 2x/week and it has single handedly improved my endurance and eliminated most all of my arm pump while riding. My motos have gone from 5-10 minute motos to 20-35 minute motos with only two months of consistent bi-weekly workouts.
We created the first of many Moto Centric workout videos so that anyone else who might want to try it out can take a stab at it and see if they get the same results.
My form and technique are still in process so don't mind my goober self haha
