He had every right to think he had the pass made, except for his own admission that Tomac had just made the pass on him. He was aware. This is majority blame pie to Marchbanks. And if he clearly has the better pace then why is he getting passed.

He never owed us anything. Not at the start, not in the middle, not now. Completely his call. Loved watching him race. And consider myself fortunate to have seen many of his great rides.

Yes they definitely said during the broadcast that he went to a hospital. Gnarly hit, really hope he's not too beat up and can shake this string of bad luck! He's been looking so good I think he could compete for wins.

I’m pretty sure Weege mentioned during the race that he was transported to a nearby hospital. Doesn’t mean shit wasn’t missed, but it probably wasn’t the Alpinestars crew who missed it.
