1. Spring rate 2. Sag 3. Do a riding school and learn technique. 4. Practice 5. Adjust everything you can to get the standard set up as good as you possibly can. 6. If you're still not happy and think it's holding you back, get the valving done.

I would start with making sure your springs are right for your weight. Then play with the sag setting. Then the clickers. If your still not happy then have it valved

In my opinion, correct Spring rate is the most important. Setting sag is second Valving is third.

I think he is talking about the two guys that were shadowing us. They rode out two-up on the one guy's bike following Chase and me. We scabbed a bunch of parts off of Chase's bike so they could go back in and rescue the CR250R they pretty much destroyed on the trail. The guy had bent his handlebar almost to the tank, bent his rear sprocket and his pipe was so bent, there was a 1/2" gap between the cylinder and the pipe. They were supposed to take the handlebar, chain and sprocket in with them the next day...

Thanks for watching guys, we all enjoyed putting it together. There might be more to come with a few of these bikes in the future.. You don't have to spend 11k OTD at the dealership to have fun, just grab a bike, any bike, and get out and ride 👍

Just found the RM ATV/MC challenge series on youtube where they get a 500$ budget to buy a dirtbike and ride it through 5 miles of hell(ish) trails. Love these kind of challenge videos and i watch alot of Hoonigan/Donut Garage’s build and battle/Hi-Low build-off battles and this is the first motorcycle one ive seen. Just wanted to give you guys a tip to watch the series if youre in to these types of videos. [url=https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=Xj3FMHJl9yk&list=PLQNbY8vNfRmWxvmA5Hk1o3C…]

We've been allowing former pros in the vet classes since the very first Loretta Lynn's in 1982. Everyone from Barry Higgins to Ricky Carmichael have chosen to come back and participate. And every year since Vital MX came online someone complains here about it. Mike Brown is 47 years old and hasn't been a pro for a long time. The idea that "once you're a pro, always a pro" is an outdated Olympic idea. What makes you a pro is having an active AMA Pro license, and neither Brown nor Durham have that active license, nor do John Grewe, Earl...
