JB65 Added a reply to So, the two stroke class at Lorettas
7/10/2012 10:26pm Never a truer word Spoken,
Word is Mammoth may have to run a 3rd gate of 40 riders in the 2 stroke class next year, They had 2 full gates this year
Or maybe just maybe a 2 stroke day if the numbers go over that,
I will keep you updated Newman, that is one you should not miss.

JB65 Started a new thread Yamaha Discount, Just a thought.
6/21/2012 2:26am If Yamaha were smart they would offer a double bike discount for 2013,
a YZF and a YZ for..... $11599 ?,
They are not gonna ship to many four strokes,
Clearly from this board and the many 2T topics,
the ship seems to be steering back to the good old days of affordable racing itself,
What say Ye ?

6/20/2012 2:24pm Mate,
It was just an idea, No agenda
You got all arsey and defensive with your "cool story tho" line BROS,
And if you feel superior by calling people Minority's.... No words.
I race Mx,
If you move over on me, Its gonna happen.

6/20/2012 12:36pm It clearly says YZF for YZ Not YZ with a lawnmower or Moped, Sano twisting of the statistics tho Bros.

6/20/2012 9:25am This is not an anti 4 stroke posting, regardless of my feelings,
they have a boat load of old stock,
they could even offer it with older model thumpers, an 08 YZF or whatever with 013 YZ
All you hotshots would then have a cheaper practice bike to go with your "Formula one" inspired race bike.

5/31/2012 1:33pm If I remember rightly the hot hot ticket for these was to cut the expansion chamber, remove a baffle and unleash a light Switch but stronger Hit,
I did it to my TS(ER) 100 with PE175 rear Shocks,
Oh to be young and Foolish.

JB65 Added a reply to Does the Yamaha look bad now?
5/20/2012 3:52pm Well it certainly did not do the brand any favors... I bet you can hear a pin drop in Torrance on Monday morning,
And Suzuki's now do look as if they would raise a riders level and confidence,
and one looks like a motorcycle, the other looks like an Airbus Aeroplane toilet.

Thank God that in my Lifetime Racing Machines will return to the gate at a Motocross,
Return of cut and thrust tracks
No need to carry speed to clear obstacles - Less Injuries
More line choices
less track Closures due to sound pulses carrying for miles
Oh yeah and Starts will once again sound like they should.
