At what point does it become the rider’s responsibility to look out for self-preservation? Just because the machinery is capable, doesn’t mean you can just climb aboard & go balls out. An element of the competition, & in fact an element of becoming a professional is looking out for your well being, & being able to stay healthy and ‘stack blocks’ along your training journey will help more than time spent recovering on the couch. There is usually only one person to blame for riders getting injured- and that’s the guy twisting the throttle. ‘Guns don’t kill people, people do..’

7/2/2025 6:32am Definitely a cumulative effect IMO, with the majority of the blame pie falling on the rider and people at the track. That being said, I do think the bikes play a role too. Nobody needs a 450 unless you're at the pinnacle of the sport. A 14 year old shouldn't be on a 250F unless their skill level is high...

7/1/2025 9:19am They do seem to soak up water worse than the standard version. Boot dryer is about the only thing you can do to combat that. I like the bootie in the supervented version a lot more though.

6/19/2025 2:51pm Best advice I can give you is to find an online retailer with a bitchin' return policy that sells all the braces you're interested in. Buy all of them, keep the ones you like the best. Use pirateship.com to save some cash on prepurchase return labels.

6/17/2025 10:17am OEM repair kit or aftermarket? I had an All Balls kit with a seal that wasn't sized correctly - caused the same problem. I would suggest trying the piston that was removed (assuming it's in good shape) with the new seals and see how it works. Definitely check that there are no burrs or scrapes anywhere on the sealing surfaces...
