8/5/2026 10:31am Lots of similar experiences since going orange in 2019. Most of my rear wheel issues went away when I ponied up the cash for a spoke torque wrench. I was definitely over torquing things.

They were bringing in revenue by selling it to sponsors previous years. Clearly they felt they could make more by selling it to Flo, and made the choice to prioritize more revenue for them knowing the cost would get passed on to the family members wanting to stay updated on their loved ones racing and fans wanting to watch the up-and-coming racers. They already have so many revenue streams from this race, can't help but feel it was a greedy decision.

FIL passed at 315am. Heavy morning and hard to be in the right frame of mind. I managed a 27th after starting dead last. I was second gate from inside. Kelleher on my right, Browning on my left. Kelleher hit me so hard 10' out I hit willy and i shut down. Picked people off the whole moto though and the top 2 were the only ones to lap me. Hard to race in this frame of mind. My two-week comment was about the WSX rider; it had nothing to do with the AMA subject. As for the "banhammer threat," yeah, man, when you walk into someone's place of business and shit in it, then point at the guy in charge, it's usually not well received. Wether its myself, GuyB, or your local bike shop. You took a shot at me first, so I'm not going to be all smiles in return. And if you "banned yourself" long ago, then why are you here? I don't have a good contact at WSX right now. The rider wasn't bothered by it and said it was all cleared up, and I have 19 million other things to work on. Period correct Applied triple clamps with good lower bearing. Part# for bottom is 3673A. Lower is #4520. I have had these for about 6-7 years , used a different set of clamps on my build. As per Applied, these fit all steel framed YZ 250/250f/450f 98-03…bar clamps are for oversized bars. anodize has some fading on sides but otherwise very nice condition, all threads good, comes exactly as photos.
