I'm just guessing from your description but if the lower cartridge seal leaks the pressure from the air cartridge(154+psi) escapes into the outer chamber(0psi) and the pressure will equalize. You will lose cartridge pressure while the outer chamber fills up. That 155 inner and 0 outer will equalize to maybe 70psi and 70psi(wild guess for demonstrational purposes). With 70 +/- in the outer the fork will be topped out and next to impossible to compress. Remember the PSF1 air fork? it used no air cartridge and you pressurized the outer chambers for air spring. They ran at 35psi+/- and used...

I spent the day riding my dirt bike with a doctor that has been working a covid icu for the past two months. The virus is real, but it is overblown. If you aren't very overweight, have diabetes, or are under 65 your chances of even having to go to the hospital are extremely slim. The virus is real, the political bs we're living through is insane. People are going to die, that's a fact, could be any of us. But you idiots trying to make the world stop for a virus that is killing mostly people that were gonna...

THIS!!!^^^^ I have been so damn curious for so damn long about HOW, IN THE WORLD, some of you who post on here can possibly muster the courage to straddle a motocross bike, start it up, put it in gear, let out the clutch, and aim it toward a motocross track with an intent to race it. I mean, good lord, some of you seem petrified to the point of immobility of facing even the slimmest chance of contracting the virus, and yet - AND YET - you're (supposedly) voluntarily involved in a sport that comes with a written guarantee...

Dear down-voters, stay hidden away in your homes. Don’t expose yourselves and comply with whatever your governor says. Fear & ignorance are, both, worse than cancer. Honestly? I feel sorry for you.

There it is! Also, as previously stated, a person needs simply to know what they’re dealing with, limit their exposure & act accordingly. Those that post the over-the-top “tell that to the 100,000”...? Might want to go back and look at the -actual- stats and then come back and retract their drama-queen post. But, hey, that’s jus’ me.

I have heard Jeff watches the dog box from afar with binoculars and signals Mike with a lazer when to drop the clutch. I have never seen any evidence of this though, no wait......... 😅

This will be my last season on a Suzuki...if we even have a season. Regardless, my 450 has been a good bike, just not great. If only they could lose 7-10 lbs, add e-start,and add some competitive horsepower in the upper rpm range. News like this puts the nail in the coffin for my Suzuki hopes.

How about we leave it up until all the backlog has been caught up? Including my motor that Terry has had for over a year and a half. There is no arguing Terry's talent. That's why we go to him, but come on it's time to follow thru on promises.

Haha, it's been a few years but Jeff showed up here on a rant about Varner, alcohol may have been involved, and accused Terry of attacking him with a tire changing stand and he had to defend himself with the only thing he had which was the new rake he had just bought at the hardware store. Eventually "someone" deleted everything but in reality, it seemed to me like more of a family argument since they(Varner and the Alessi family) have always been close and Jeff was venting after a few suds.
