One of the other threads inspired me ya might say. Quite a few guys mentioned dropping weight. Some even mentioned significant amounts. I’m thinking we have a friendly weight loss competition for bragging rights. I dropped about 40 pounds last year but needed to loose 60. Big guys can carry a lot of weight lol. I’m about 6’1” now, was 6’2” in high school but back surgery and age has shrunk me. I’ll be 70 in March, but I don’t feel like it! Was down to 205 but back up to 220 the other day. I noticed my weight gain...

I think after him and his wife split up he pretty much went offline. Last I remember he had to leave the homestead in afton and was living somewhere up in the mountains between greenville, tn and asheville. I am not sure anybody that has been here less than 10 years could survive a hillbilly rant. Man, if somebody got him and pro125 on a podcast a lot of heads might explode.

You guys really think he doesn't have enough money to pay for that house😆 He could probably buy 3 of those houses in cash tomorrow. Regardless of the situation, you can't always trust information on Zillow. Another thing- it isn't unheard of to purposefully let a property get foreclosed on. There are many possibilities here, but I doubt the reason...

For what it’s worth…my wife is a real estate agent in central FL. She pulled up the MLS on the property and it is NOT in foreclosure..Zillow puts out a lot of bullshit on properties and it is one of the many reasons there is major lawsuits against them..
