Fair play to him. It won’t be easy to drop back down and try to run with top MX2 guys, as we saw with Roczen, but you can’t not respect him for having balls to take it on.

The frames are made of 7005 Japanese spec which is 7020 UK spec. 5356 is the rod to use, it will age harder and is the only 7000 series Aluminium to do this, thus you will not get a brittle HAZ, it will get stronger up to around 60 days but it will be fine from 2 weeks in as...

It bad news the British scene is weak at the moment, we had Taylor as the second rider but he was injured for both years, he really improved in the winter with us and was looking very strong but injuries are a riders curse. there we’re a lot of teams from the UK now it’s just me, now it’s even...

Oh, Chambers. Dixon rung Zach and said that he needed a guy. Obviously, Jack was the first guy that Zach mentioned. Dixon always leans on Zach for advice on American riders. That's a cool relationship and testament to Dixon's program.

I'm a big Haarup guy... I really believe in him and, trust me, a lot of teams feel similarly with 2024 looming. I've spoken to him a lot, off record, and he has constantly said that he has nothing but respect for Steve and his sponsors. Haarup really loved his time there and Dixon got the best out of him, as he has with so many riders (that list is really long). It was just one of those things where the situation was no longer right for either party. There was no big argument or anything. Now, will Haarup win...

Of course no one wants to break down, but with four strokes it’s complex and parts take a long time to manufacture. it’s not like going down a shop and just ordering, everything has to be designed together to suit and then manufactured, sometimes the direction you take throws up other real life issues that take time to solve and...

I don’t mind to answer any questions to the social media fraternity, it seems everyone knows a bit and makes up the rest, sometimes it’s entertaining but I’m thick skinned so it’s ok, as always I offer anyone to come into the awning and ask away about team, riders, the British GP, after 34 years in GP there are a...

After Zach's crash who would have put him down for lining up in the qualifiers let alone the main! He was on to Jason and then lost his side panel which meant he could not grip so he lost time per lap, so he just adjusted and got on with it and took a deserved win, he led at the...

Yes, its amazing how easy it is to do with a bottomless pit of someone elses money.. When we split up from Mercedes, we got all the commercial and R&D work. Our MotoGP bike was screwed over by a chassis made out of the wrong thickness material , and a switch-like fly by wire throttle, both of which were easy fixes, if they had actually acknowledged the problem but that's what happens when car people try to do bikes. Doc Wob got cases done for his YZ250 Builds for Farleigh, loads of places that can do the machining, which i...

Yes I remember looking at that engine for McWilliams ! the engineering talent that is in the UK is outstanding, but the cost for the likes of myself to use you guys/Cosworth is way oo high. If only we could afford the R & D time it would cure so much but unless you are a year ahead and developing...
