Thanks for being open and willing to answer questions. Since you’re here I do have a couple. What’s your position on British mx and the talent or lack there of coming through?
Also is the lack of talent the only reason you don’t have British riders on your team in recent years?
It bad news the British scene is weak at the moment, we had Taylor as the second rider but he was injured for both years, he really improved in the winter with us and was looking very strong but injuries are a riders curse.
there we’re a lot of teams from the UK now it’s just me, now it’s even hard to get mechanics.
the desire to race abroad seems to be lacking and I don’t know why.
there are a few brits based abroad but Conrad should be full time GP’s
its hard to take a young rider now as the schedule is so busy and I don’t want paying riders just to make up the numbers.
Getting Jack was a lucky call with my trust in Zach, he is super nice and want to do well in every well.
Osborne.
That doesn't mean that Dixon doesn't ask for Zach's input on potential American riders every year though... Haha!

I'll be interviewing Haarup once all of his ducks are in a row but, like I said, there is no massive story here.
Everyone expects huge drama when a rider leaves a team, but it is just "one of those things" sometimes...
Rizzi is a weird situation and there are A LOT of moving parts, so I'm trying to nail down what the correct story is.
All I've got to say is HELL YEAH! Chambers rides the bike for 2 hours and decides to race... Then throws up a P13 on the weekend in MX2. His best ever finish in SX is a 16th and best AMA outdoors is a 21st at Thunder Valley last year.
I hope he continues this effort and gives us Americans something to cheer for in the GP's.
Haarup will have a good ride available soon...
As i said earlier, Chambers seems a good fit but everything SD said about the UK scene is sadly true, lack of ambition, and riders good enough are thin on the ground.
Thought Hammal had the look of a decent rider at that level but never got to show it sadly.
I don't think Lewis or Michael are afraid to write it down.
Podcasts might now be for everyone, but the info is out there.
