Dougie-D-768 Added a reply to Forkner cut track… dock points?
4/23/2022 5:44pm I was not at race, and whatever happened, it looked like once Austin was of the marked course, he accelerated to a point that it allowed him to get back by, and even though it was not very long, he still did it, and here we go again with how they choose to punish, and I hate sound like a...
Dougie-D-768 Added a reply to Fros focus
2/13/2018 3:24pm These threads trashing Fro and Ralph are a little off base I think. For the last 2 or 3 years, mainly since Fox sports took over the broadcasts, there have been problems in the production of the live race action, such as, breaking away from a battle at the wrong time, not going to a battle at the right time...
Dougie-D-768 Added a reply to Petition to remove jeff emig
1/27/2018 10:36pm Jeff Emig has turned himself into the consummate color-guy for his sport, and with all due respect to Daniel Blair, he isn't on the same level with Jeff on credibility or charisma. That's fine if you don't like Jeff, but you should show him respect for him to come from a kid who had a horrible stutter, to a 4...
Dougie-D-768 Added a reply to Why do non-Fox athletes on Honda have to run the Fox logo on their team shirts?
1/17/2018 12:32pm I've been a fan and a close follower of the sport since the 1980's and know people that have been national contenders and am friends with a few current lites factory riders and wasn't very aware of the intricate dynamics of apparel sponsorship in the sport. I was interested in learning more about it, and a few of you commented...

Another from Ponca 1985, Emig (47) in a battle with Stephenson (360) over what they now call the VIP double.

Ponca 1985, Jeff Emig rocking the open face helmet. One of the last that I saw wear an open face.

Dougie-D-768 Added a reply to Bam Bam killing it
11/1/2017 3:50pm I could ride that track a million times and suck just as bad on the last as the first. Bam Bam, on the other hand, looked as good as I have seen him in a very long time no matter the amount of times he's ridden that track. I haven't been a big Barcia fan in the past but I'm...
Dougie-D-768 Added a reply to Barcia possibly switching rides?
10/16/2017 3:10pm Hey ML, I know this is off-topic slightly, but what's Matt Bisceglia doing? Is he going to be on 250 with JGR, or maybe a 450? I think he rides the 450 better myself, and if he went full time on one I think he would be solid top ten!
Dougie-D-768 Added a reply to If you could pick One guy in their Prime for a Moto who would it be?
6/20/2017 11:12pm Ricky in motocross, and 2007 James Stewart in supercross.
Dougie-D-768 Added a reply to What on earth is up with Tomac....
6/3/2017 9:43pm I know Tomac won both motos at the opening round, but he wasn't "Tomac amazing!" He has rode well so far but is a step or two off of his elite level. I saw an article about an interview Dungey gave a French magazine where he said he lost some motivation with Ken going out at round 3 of sx...
Dougie-D-768 Started a new thread Another JS7 thread that no one can comprehend!
5/30/2017 2:58pm Considering James Stewart owns a major gear company with all of its marketing around the number "7" I find it hard to believe that if he has not retired, that he would continue to race with a different number. If he doesn't score any points this year, I believe his number is up for grabs to the next national champion...

5/29/2017 6:15pm Yeah, I go for the music! I didn't know 6th street would start sh*t too or I would have said the track in Bastrop outside of Austin, but I think that closed.

5/29/2017 6:07pm Appreciate that! Will search minefield before entering next time. Not to anger anyone, but I'm off to the pulpmxshow! Happy Memorial day. Now I'm done. For a while.

Dougie-D-768 Added a reply to Another JS7 thread that no one can comprehend!
5/29/2017 5:45pm I love moto and just wanted to talk about a thought I had. I honestly had seen any comments before about that specifically and everyone went apesh*t about it. I was like, what did I do.... Anyway, I am too old to fight anymore (unless no other way) but I'm not too old to stand up when I've had it...
Dougie-D-768 Added a reply to Another JS7 thread that no one can comprehend!
5/29/2017 5:39pm Look I came on here just to talk about the idea that if JS7 is ever going to come back I think he has to at least come back this series to score the points to keep his number. It seemed like everyone was pissy, rude, disrespectful, and even the admin guy wasn't very cool about it. I didn't feel...

5/29/2017 5:31pm No, not to fight. But, where I come from when someone calls you by a name which is not yours that is a sign of disrespect! Who knows we might be friends if we talked. But, no matter the outcome maybe I would earn the respect I feel like you weren't showing.
