Concept2Greg Added a reply to Anyone ever try one of these for arm pump?
2/10/2016 5:07am I know the rower kind of took over the arm pump discussion. That was not the intension. To be clear I am not saying the Rower is a cure for arm pump. I just know that when you are in better shape (Cardio and strength) you tend to ride and feel better. The reason so many riders like the rower...

2/9/2016 10:52am The prices used can be pretty high because the CrossFit and Military guys all want them. I see them going for $650-700 and a new Model D from us here at the factory is only $900.00 and $45 shipping. The biggest thing to look out for is the monitor. Those are about the only things that can really break and...

2/9/2016 10:13am Most of the Moto trainers I know would kill me if I gave away what they do for training with their riders but I do have a good program that a lot of privateers use. 2/9/2016 9:26am Jeffro , With the PM4 if you have a Polar HR chest belt you need an adaptor that we sell from Concept2 to make it read. If you had a Suunto or Garmin chest belt that should pair wireless directly to the monitor.

10/13/2010 9:09am What Model is it because the newer Model D 's and E's don't usaaly have a problem with being too loud. The older ones had more wind noise. You can never go wrong with rowing to old MX and SX races. Gate drop to checkers is a fun way to get it done.
