5/30/2025 7:42pm If you’re looking for more mid to top the PC system is great on that bike. The FMF is broader but with less overrev. Both great systems I just preferred the PC on mine.

Still a dang deal! If she didn’t wear out a set of brake pads she didn’t wear out the trans or engine or anything else. Great solid bike, good luck!!

LOW hour 06CRF450 that I have not ridden for about 12 years by 50 + rider. Bone stock with FASTCO bars and suspension revalve by local suspension guy Motoworks. Bike runs GREAT and is a ROCKET as It was stored with STABLE added fuel, and it's been under a bike cover in a garage. Thought I would still ride it but at 66 I'm too old to ride tracks anymore. Have complete spare rear wheel, plastics and other parts. $3200

You would be correct sir. My fault. Got a little too excited. As soon as I said it, I meant to go back and say hot start. I just forgot to edit that part out. The Racer X video has more info than this vid and all the riding/beauty/action shots. This was just a little taste. Was such a fun test to do and very eye opening. Fortunate that Zeb allowed me to take his machine and Jim Haeseker for refurbing (0.5 hours to start but he went through complete bike), it truly is beautiful. I would love to continue...

I had a DEP a few years after YZ250 2Ts switched over to aluminum frames. It was STUNNING how much more power it put out. So much so that I regeared to 14/45 ‐ no kidding - and it pulled GREAT. This was the first time I felt like a dyno chart truly mimicked the seat of the pants feel. I recall playing with silencer lengths made a difference here, too, FWIW.
