Yeah I think they were $25 each at Walmart back then and that was a lot of money. I don't think many sold because of cost. For $25 you really had to want them back then. Man just think if you had bought a case or cases and held onto them for 20+ years like I have.

I think $75 each. I tried to find the Lamson years ago to complete the set, but the two I found were going for 150-200 on Ebay back in mid 2000's and I just never pulled the trigger. $150 plus shipping for both.

I got these back in 95 from Walmart. They were $$$ back then. They are big and heavy 1/9 scale. There was a Steve Lamson that made a complete set but I only got the Henry and McGrath. I'm willing to part with them for the right amount. Super cool and rare to find.

Guess I'm a Debbie downer then. Personally speaking I was talking more about racing than casual riding. Myself and my boys ride when we can. We just cannot afford to race competitively like we would like to because of the costs. Plain and simple.

Like I said in my last post. Its all cost for me. I did a quick break down of the cost for a year of racing for my family. Myself and my two boys 9 and 12 yrs of age. Racing on average once a month at local tracks around Texas. No big amateur nationals. Yearly break down: Bikes 4500...

For me its cost. I simply cannot afford for myself and my two boys to race or hell even ride every weekend. We don't do stick and ball sports, but my kids wrestle competitively and its stupid cheap compared to other sports even with all the travel for tournaments. My parents literally went bankrupt trying to fund my racing in...

250 two stroke here and it's all I will ride. More work to ride than a 4 stroke but I enjoy it much more. I've got the 300 big bore on my KTM 250sx with a 9oz flywheel weight. It has unreal torque and plenty of power to be competitive with just about anything out there.
Yeah he's a smaller dude. Short and skinny. Probably weighs in the 130-140 range I imagine. Dude goes big at Red Rock here in Tx. Rails a 250t like its a 125. Man. Fun is such an understatement! I love riding this 2-Stroke especially at Red Rock with a solid crew filming. This is definitely worth a gander ! Track...

BSFL Added a reply to An Informal Look at AMA C Class (updated page 3)

Generally the really fast C guys(mostly kids) for any given year move up to B the next year. These are kids coming up after starting out on minis for 1-3 years. They are not beginners, nor are they ready for B class. IMO the learner goon class is the beginner classes. I started out racing on 85's for 2 yrs...
