Hi, Watching NBA Basketball has recently become a regular tv sport. I like constant action, games last less than 2 hrs. I guess if i ever returned to USA for a holiday, catching an NBA GAME would be third on the list after MX & SX. However at 65, I have lost interest in the local (Australia) V8 supercars and F1, the vehicle technology is just too space age and dosent relate to me, or my perception of a racecar.

Jett’s injury really got me thinking about just how special Jeremy truly was—and how almost otherworldly his Supercross accomplishments are. I touched on this in a previous thread, but this will now be the second of the last three Supercross seasons Jett has missed. That kind of perspective really drives home how remarkable Jeremy’s career/talent truly was. He raced premier-class Supercross for a full decade without missing a single race—let alone an entire season—and still managed to win 7 of those 10 championships. Absolutely mind-blowing. If anyone's earned the title "King of Supercross", it's Jeremy.

Nah, Showtime is their PR guy now. I do agree, though. They've had countless opportunities to unveil or at least acknowledge it, but I guess their development is lagging behind. They need to burn some midnight oil this winter. Just imagine an A1 pre-race show where they kill the lights then, because they've put microphones in the tunnel like anyone should do, you hear a two-stroke fire up and rev several times over the PA system. A single spotlight illuminates the tunnel exit and McGrath bursts forth on the new bike, pulls a few wheelies while the lights slowly come...
