I did a lot of research recently before buying a used 501 with 2000 miles on it. Basically the 350 is better in technical singletrack, the 501 is better for general dual sport or faster terrain. Both are seriously neutered from the factory and need work to make them perform as you would expect them to. I’m in the process now. The expensive bits are the suspension and the ECU. Exhaust, intake, ignition and desmog to get the engines running right and the forks need work, so figure on spending $2500 or so. That being said these bikes are great...

I'm the biggest Dunge fan, but I think a moto win would be about as much as we can expect. Is he in shape? Yes, will he be fast? Yes. But let's not forget, this isn't his career any more. He has nothing to prove. He doesn't have to land a ride for next year. That fire to win at all costs won't be there, nor should it be there. I see him running 5-8 place most races. Smiling after each moto and conversing with fans, but his titles have already been won.

Everyone will say no. But in 2035 when its illegal to sell ice vehicles and all motorsport will be electric motors. I bet every1 will still be watching it. Who has ever been somewhere they are not suppose to be on there fone. But has watched sx or mx with there phone on mute. I know i have coz i still want to see what happens and hearing it or not doesnt matter.

The problem with asking a question like this, on a board like this is that you’ll only get responses from ‘core’ moto fans who love the way it is and few are open to anything different. They’ll say things like “that would be the end of it for me” and “the sport will die off”, without realising that things do change, people do come and go and for every fan that walks away, another one will walk in. There’s plenty of entertainment to be had and great racing to be witnessed on machinery that doesn’t have an engine or make...

Completely baseless prediction, Kenny retires and he takes his spot at Honda.

It is very strange as he swore up and down on his Pulp interview that he never got COVID, he chose not to get the vaccine for personal/medical reasons. Now he comes out saying he had covid, plus the month long health stuff in december, are affecting his riding....contradictory

So Kenny doesn’t take the vaccine because he’s worried he’s got a weak immune, then catches covid inwhich goes on to ruin his season because he has a weak immune.

What an ignorant thing to say. You are the worst representation of our community I can think of.

Beginner is your first year of racing, after that, you are a novice/C class racer. Anything else is sandbagging.
