Zwift workouts can be put in erg mode where you force to put out x wattage or else the cranks won’t spin. You’re essentially forced to do the work or quit. I ride 10-12 hours a week on it...

5/1/2017 7:40am I attended the race and thought the track and racing was good. Although watching the 250 guys and some of the 450 guys hit the one triple out of the turn after the short section of whoops made me cringe over and over. Saw so many guys case it and almost go down but not too many crashes surprisingly.

12/15/2016 9:02am I saw the video on Gut's page the other day of them screen printing the graphics. Are they the only company doing it that way? I thought everyone used digital printers for some reason. It was crazy how fast they did a set of graphics via screen printing.

8/10/2016 12:12pm Etowns racetrack is a lot more technical than the practice track and Millville. The practice track is really tight whereas the racetrack is more open but develops way more ruts and bumps with the softer dirt. Millville is a really fast open track that I don't find very technical. I feel like the bigger second double is harder this year...

7/28/2016 9:00am Exactly 89 isn't that bad and you always get stuff cheaper than retail online anyway. I just picked up a pair of 2016 Tyrants last week and have 3 other pairs that were purchased 2 or 3 years ago that are in excellent shape. I always wear 1 or 2 tearoffs so the lens don't scratch.

7/19/2016 9:10am I wish I could get insurance in NJ for that low. Lowest I've found is around $250 a year for a stand alone policy through a partnership with my auto insurance NJM with American Modern.
