Watch the 2nd turn replay: Stewart turns down (as usual) which forces Tomac to slow and turn down. Meanwhile, Anderson is actually holding his line way on the inside but Stewart and Tomac cut in front of him. When you watch, notice Cooper's turn. Then look at Malcolm's turn. It doesn't make sense why he would turn down.

Turn down = bad

Just seemed to me that there was no way in hell that Jason was going to allow Tomac to stay ahead of him in that turn. The very same thinking Anderson had with Tomac last week...which worked for him...but tonight not so smart it turned out. Yes, you can ride too aggressively and that is what Jason has been doing...but gotten away with it until tonight... Well, maybe not...that over-aggressive riding cost him the win last week.

I don’t know. Seems like all three could have drifted wide and been fine. Except the guy on the outside didn’t drift. I’m not saying it’s completely Malcoms fault, but had he not turned down, Tomac would have drifted wide for Anderson and nobody would have got hung up in that turn. Easy to say after the fact, I know. But I just don’t see that as an overly aggressive move by Anderson.

Tomac was riding smart and with some professionalism...Anderson was not and that is what caused this. We have seen this with Anderson the whole year. I like Jason but as Mookie once said, "you can't ride like that." Too funny.

Am I the only one who sees Malcom turn down early and pinch Eli in between himself and Jason? Had all the room in the world to follow Webb’s line and avoid all contact. How was this Jason’s fault?

Yeah, you’re probably right. Without all his moves that put him on the ground or made him enemies who put him on the ground, he’d be first in points. It’s losing him the title this year. But I guess that style also won him the 250 title when he took out Sealy multiple times (if my memory is correct) that year.

Does anyone have the clip of Mookie slamming Anderson into Friese in the first main last weekend? The broadcast missed it. I remember seeing it somewhere but have a hard time finding it now. It's absolutely wild to me how people think JA is the dirty racer and Malcolm is a saint. They're both uber aggressive. It makes racing fun for sure but it's pretty annoying to see Mookie act like he's not just as bad as anyone in regards to these incidents.

Did everyone miss the second corner where Anderson came in on Tomac and Mookie and almost took them both out? That's why Malcolm came into the sand that way on Anderson and Jason deserved it. He's been making shitty passes all year and not just on Malcolm.

I am not agreeing with Malcolm’s move. But man, if you want to tell someone to f-off, mookie succeeded with flying colors. Tonight really hurt Jason. Too bad both guys aren’t more wise on the bike. Points would be so much closer and Malcolm would probably be third in points.
