Interesting video from Suzuki yesterday.
He meets with Suzuki engineers both at headquarters and at a test track where he's seen riding different test bikes. One interesting thing I noticed is at least one of the bikes is missing the kickstarter

Not that interesting. I’d be surprised if he went there and didn’t test e start if he specifically went there to “test”. RMZ’s with buttons are coming. It’s only a matter of time, and probably sooner than later at this point considering they’ve been testing e start for a couple years now.
Kind of a heart warming video. Motivational. Very good 👍
Roczen put Suzuki on his back and carried them to the title and revitalized a brand most riders wouldn’t touch with a 10-foot pole. I remember how many people thought he would never win on that “dinosaur” as they called it. Now they got a 3 guys that can win races on that bike it’s so rad to see yellow up front. Kenny helping develop a new model on his way out would be cherry on top of his HoF career.

It's surprising Ken's never been to Japan.
This trip happened last off-season, I believe? I read apout it a year ago.
Watch the video...
He came over in early August, so about 3 months ago.
It's a shame people call it a dinosaur, sure it's a bit underpowered, a bit of weight, etc but Roczens team showed how an extremely well setup RMZ (suspension and engine work) can win ... it's not rocket science.

Apparently Ken only went to Japan so he could appear as a guest on tv show Takeshi's Castle.
The rider had something to do with it too.
