I’m not sure if its because timing and scoring was so jacked up, but a few different times throughout the night they just took everything off the screen… and it was awesome!

It would be nice if they did that more often. I know its good to have timing and scoring up but you dont need it every single second, maybe when its the middle of the race and its just a battle up front take it away for a few. It was like getting glasses for the first time after being used to split screen double vision for years lol. I didnt even know it was possible to see that much of the track at once and see the riders so big. Need. More. Now.
I need it every single second, since RC is always waffling on about inside outsides, and Will telling us what Joey Savatgy’s uncle had for lunch on Tuesday, we have no idea about what is going on apart from what is being shown on screen
Use of drones had a rough start, but now they are nicely integrated with ground cameras. They enhance the race viewing in my opinion. I also expect use of drones to improve further.
I love when RC tries to elaborate something and just says the same thing with more words 'not only does it stop the bike overheating, riding like that also keeps the bike cooler which is better because it doesnt get as hot'
RC is the GOAT on the track, but vapid as hell in the booth. Bubba is better, comes up with cool funny remarks sometimes, but is weak too.I'd rather hear Justin Brayton, even AC is evolving. The times I heard David Bailey, he was quick, understated and funny as hell. Fro is boring as is Grant Langston.
I think Feld and MX Sports puts too much pressure on the racer booth guy to blather non-stop. I think if Bubba was allowed to do less quantity, he could come up with higher quality. Weege is great at the blather.

I enjoyed Langston, not because of the valuable insight, but he was like ur drunk uncle at a BBQ rambling on about something passionately..
That was a shlong shot!
I died when RC said "skillfully talented" 😅
We call that “the weave”
they spend the whole race blathering and throwing to pre records...
Honestly, it happens every race, the race feels like its a nuisance. Last night wasn't the most exciting racing but no matter how exciting the racing theres no such thing as a play-by-play commentator except in very very very very short burst and most its blather-blather-blather and then an exclamation when something happens... Who in their right mind thinks this makes the racing more exciting?
Bring back an actual play by play commentator. Weege is great at what he does which is podcasting, throwing the inept ex racer and throw to ads and pre-records but he is completely inept at play-by-play commentary.
So we have an inept play-by-play guy throwing to inept ex racers throughout a race... cool man. cool.
JT and Will are great when they are giving mid race updates, mechanics updates and things they are seeing on the ground. TBH they are the best and most professional part of the broadcast, everyone else feels like they have had zero idea what their job is or no idea how to string a sentence together.
Old enough to remember when timing and scoring could be scrolled across the top of the screen. It was glorious being able to watch the actual race instead of the stupid tiny “battle box”
Totally agree. The drones are awesome now
Get rid of RC & bring back Langston
Langston, Stew & Weege = dream team
3 man booth sucks. Honestly just need 1 person in the booth. (None of the 3 that were in there in Ohio). Keep 2 for updates and podium interviews.
That would suck beyond words.
The best part of the broadcast is when it ends. Diffey needs to go away for good.
Haha! How true that is 😎
Thanks for not lying, I certainly appreciated the honesty.
IMO, Paul Malin is the Gold Standard
Half agree, except Langston wasn't boring, and Feld/Mx sports have nothing to do with the announcers, that's NBC.
