He just needs to race. CP on a 450 Outdoors is going to be stupid fast.

I would really love that! Too bad he didnt have CP for supercross, since he is better at supercross tbh :D But till a Championship-contender outdoors

This would be really cool BUT Chad needs to get some major sponsorship dollars for sure. He's paying for this out of his own pocket for the most part. Can't do that forever!

He posted a pic on his Facebook recently of him blasting a corner at his home track, looked like a ProCiricuit Kawi, but guess that could just be an old bike. Team 22 would be a power house if they could secure Pourcel!

How about Alessi for 2012? Reed could really help his Supercross skills. Mike is still a threat outdoors. Tony reached out to Reed for help last year and I believe Mike stayed with Reed or rode at reed's track in Australia. This could happen.......in 2012.

Just having Pourcel out there would be a positive thing, but for 22 would be awesome.

On the Speed Channel they mentioned Pourcel & his agent was at San Diego and was hopefully going to sign on a Factory Team to race the race the Nationals this year.

first moto: top 3
second moto: DNF
JK he should be a top 5 guy for sure....just needs to get some physical endurance.

That just doesn't seem like a good combo for teammates. IMO Yeah it would get Chad's team more sponsors and exposure but I think they would clash.

So nobody heard matthes saying factory Honda is going to get a fill in rider? Imo that would be a good move for both sides co can make a statement and secure sponsorship for team two two to ride outdoors and he would already be familiar with the Honda. It would be good for Honda to have a rider of both cp's caliber and status as a fill in rider to give that bike the best possible chance at being on the podium.

Hands down the best idea I heard all night was that mike alessi should do the worcs series instead of sx and do outdoors only. He would kill it in the worcs series and it would get him such a leg up on being ready to ride the outdoors like he used to

Does the position/budget still exist at TLD for the ride Townley had last year?

After setting up such a positive environment for himself I'd guess Alessi would be the last rider he'd want to work with!

this had me thinking...what about the TLD 450 SX...Reedy tested on it in the fall...CP would make a splash in the 450s for TLD.

Pourcel would be stupid not to take the fill in ride for Grant. Of course we know that he isn't quite playing with a full deck since he is asking for so much.

How can you say that?Villo had no prob clinching a title when the pressure was on,you can't say the same for Pourcel.
Also can't leave out the fact of his internal problems, that seemed to bother him more during outdoors, where it would prob be harder on him because the 450 is so much more work outdoors than 250.
Once proven in the class he may be worth Villo type cash.

Honda Racing, Ti-Lube Kawasaki, Hart & Huntington Kawasaki, & BTO Sports.com Suzuki

teams without an energy drink sponsorship...

got a possible energy drink for Two Two Motorsports, and it goes with the team color scheme...

He's not even close to worth what RV is. How many 450 wins does RV have? How many does CP have? How many 250 titles does RV have? How many does CP have?

The way he lost so many 2nd motos and the championship at the end killed his stock. Does anyone really think he is going to be strong in the second motos against the top level of competition on the 450?
