That was interesting eh? He finally did a double take probably thinking WTF???

I noticed that too
Was so good to see him ride like we know he can, he definetly sent it to get that point back of Levi for his cuzzie Cole.
Lack of race control will do that.
I could go into it, but it involves people with radios paying attention relaying information, so it's a moot point.
Yeah laughed at that. If the flagger was even paying the slightest bit of attention during the moto he should’ve known he was on the lead lap. Guess when you pay with a hotdog and a t-shirt this is the best we can expect

If that is what caused the pass, that’s on Levi. If Connelly used their error to his advantage, I applaud his awareness and racing strategy.
It was much earlier when Connolly was ahead of Levi.
Had nothing to do with the last pass.
I get that. Just wondering if Levi was confused thinking Connelly was a lap down. The last turn situation seemed weird on Levi’s part.
Just watched Weege’s post race show, and the girl co-host said Levi told her he thought Connolly was a lapper because of all the blue flags.
The only people with blue flags are the AMA officials. They get don't get paid "a hot dog and a T-shirt". Neither do the regular course flaggers. You'd know that if you'd done it yourself at a pro national.
Lol...have you guys not been paying attention? As soon as the leaders start lapping the flaggers wave the blue flag at everyone. Been that way forever.
Beaton was also shown a blue flag while defending a top ten position in the second 450 moto.
lol, yeah I was being sarcastic, but obviously they are the only thing in the program overpaid then when they mess up that much
I was wondering if some of "our" guys thought the triple digit riders were lappers who wouldn't get out of the way. I doubt they knew who Beaton and Connelly were, as I know I had heard of them myself, but that's about it.
If they were paying attention to the whole track, probably so. If they were paying attention to the area that they were assigned, they may not.
Really? You don’t realize the top 5-10 going by you when you are focused on one area? I get mid pack can be confusing but not that difficult to focus on the front of the pack
Ehh, I call bullshit. If he really thought he was a lapper, then why did he try so hard to pass him back?
Why would a lapper try to un-lap himself with 2 turns to go? That proved to be the point Levi realized there was a race going on, and they were both in it.
Why would you not race to the finish regardless? Lappers un-lap themselves all the time, especially when close to points paying positions. If you truly think its a lapper, then who cares what the lapper does. I wouldn't. I think Levi thought he was a little further ahead than he was and it was an "oh shit" moment.
