I really think the 450 could fit Drew Adams much better, obviously he won't get a 450 ride without 250 results, but the dude seems way too big for the 250, just like Marchbanks. I hope we don't see Adams in the 250 class for the next 7-8 years.
If Fineis and Marchbanks (Riders who never won a moto or overall) can get a top 5, I'm more than confident, Shimoda, Kitchen, Hymas, and Davies would easily slot into the battle for 4th. They'd be ahead of Marchbanks but behind Deegan and Prado.
Hunters crash will show up at some point, lots of ppl had their phones out. Also highsiding at the top of that hill is rough, he got yeeted to the bottom of the hill

Historically it was called the Screw U, but the last few years they sanitized the nickname and started calling it "The Wall".
Before his crash I was wondering if something was wrong with Hunter's bike. Jett passed him. Not shocking but Prado gets him, too. Then the next lap he doesn't get back around Prado and Deegan almost seemed like he was closing up on him.

After seeing how the 250 championship played out, I genuinely believe Shimoda would've won relatively easily had he not gotten injured. Davies has shown inconsistency at Southwick and Spring Creek and we all know Kitchen can't get a start. Meanwhile Shimoda had gotten top 10 every moto, top 5 the past 6 motos before injury, and Southwick onwards are his best tracks.
We all saw him beat Deegan at Unadilla last year, and his style should fit the 450s better so he realistically couldve been in the battle w/ Prado and maybe even Deegan on occasion (remember last year, Shimoda was not getting waxed by Deegan, they either flip-flopped race wins or Shimoda was 5-10 seconds back, but rarely 30+).
i think that is the old "screw u" turn.....they've moved away from that description a long time ago. call it the wall or something like that
0-18 is actually crazy. So is getting a holeshot and getting passed in 3 corners and blowing your load in 1 lap
