1996 Kawasaki KX125 Review

My first brand new MX bike (at 30 years old). Had a lot of fun & it was pretty good to me for a few seasons.

Because there is a whole of fucktard dumbasses that downvote anything....

I'm partial to the earlier model blue & green KX's but the '96 models were nothing short of beautiful. Gotta love all that purple

I wish someone still made purple fork guards for this model, and purple plastic too. I have a lonely NOS right hand fork guard holder if anyone is looking

man that susuzki dyno is off the pace. yamaha looks the most timeless and power wise looks the easiest to ride. 

1996 was the first year for the "square bore" 125 from Yamaha and it was all over 'cept for the cryin' for the other mans. 

Nope - 1994 was the first year for the 'square bore' YZ125.   They only refined it every year until the 2005 model came out.

You beat me to it. ‘96 was the start of the YZ125 dominance. 

Kawasaki used to take chances.  '96 was my second year racing.

KX327 in both Moto and off-road packages? They are definitely taking some chances dude

My 1996 KX125 at the ISDE in Finland. No purple for me...

Not watched the video yet but my 96 KX125 became my favourite that I’ve now owned for c.5 years now. It’s just so nice to ride!
