Like I’ve said a time or two before, probably a couple years or so ago, this shit started at UNC with the recently retired Dr Ralph Baric cooking up the ‘vid for Fauci before it got exported to China.

So you really think RFK fabricated an entire book completely eviscerating Fauci's entire career, and somehow didn't get sued into oblivion for libel?  Wow. Just...wow.

You have the right, granted by the constitution of the United states of America, not to say anything that may, and will, incriminate yourself.

From Google.

The Fifth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution guarantees essential legal protections for individuals facing government action. It provides five main rights: protection against self-incrimination (the right to remain silent), the right to a grand jury for capital crimes, a ban on double jeopardy, the guarantee of due process, and the requirement of just compensation for seized private property. [1, 2, 3]

So this dude lied through his teeth, millions were inconvenienced, and he pleads the 5th? Does this mean he is off the hook?

He was granted a pardon by the previous president.

He knows that perjury is the only way he can be held accountable for his actions, past statements, etc...

Everyone knew he was going to do this.

And yes, more than likely  he's going to skate on everything he is responsible for.

Funny that the ONLY pardon actually signed by Sleepy Joe was for Hunter.

Actually, probably a lot less.

I am serious about what the specifics are.  Of the things I have read, there are some things I would consider concerning but other things that are quite sensationalized.  I am all for trying him if there is evidence of him acting illegally in his position, but so far haven't heard anything convincing enough to make me as certain about his guilt as most on here seem to be.

The vain diary entries are good for TMZ material, but not really relevant to what he might have done that would be criminal.

Look, I get the fact that some of us don't dig lil' RFK...but...know this...

It's an excellent book. You'd dig it.

I might look for some of it online, but I am definitely not going to buy it.  Just being honest.  It might be a fun read in some ways, but so might "Regime Change: Inside the Imperial Presidency of Donald Trump" by Maggie Haberman and Jonathan Swan, "Fire and Fury: Inside the Trump White House" by Michael Wolff, and "Fear: Trump in the White House" by Bob Woodward.  But that doesn't mean I would choose to believe all that is written in those pages.

And just to be clear, my question was about the allegations made towards him concerning the AIDS epidemic, not the other issue that we are not supposed to talk about on here.....!

KEVIN BROUGHT UP THE VIRUS! KEVIN BROUGHT UP THE VIRUS! Oh...shit...wait...ignore that...'cause, WE ALL DO! And I jus' did the same...in caps!🤣

There are soooo many unbelievably awful things that Fauci has done goin' all the way back to AIDS that it simply warrants a decent search...is that possible without ending up in some crazy internet worm-hole...? I dunno.

Well, I've gotta load up Milo and head down south. Y'all have a good day and Kev? Hug your lady and tell her I'm sending her some California sun and stoke.

Is it possible to hate Fauci enough?

@borg So now that it's coming out just how much suppression the government did of information. Can we extrapolate that they also suppressed information on the voting fraud and made it all but impossible to find supporting information on that? Knowing the extent of how they suppressed any information they didn't like, they just discredited and deplatformed people and groups. Then just deleted any information that they thought was not in alignment with their narrative. And while I appreciate your opinion and your research to get there, is it possible, that had all the information been available, your opinion might be different? I single you out because you're one of the few that can have a discussion.

Vote suppression and NIAID funding are mutually exclusive. There’s little to no doubt some funds reached the Wuhan labs. Tricky part is directly correlating those funds to SARS research and more specifically what became COVID 19. That’s a high bar to for a grand jury to clear. Really depends on how (if) Fauci is charged.  Either way, he was not forthcoming about NIAID funding, which opens the door to questioning everything.

"Vote suppression and NIAID funding are mutually exclusive."

What are you even talking about? The same machine (people in charge) that was/were (where the hell is Falcon when you need him?) responsible for suppressing ANYTHING different than their desired narrative, used the same tools at their disposal to suppress anything they wanted. Since it's now KNOWN the extent of their information suppression abilities, is it reasonable to extrapolate they did the same thing with other information they did not want out there? You are answering the wrong question my friend.

Did “Dr” Birx get an auto pen pardon also? Might be worth taking a look at her zealous behavior around that time too…

This went exactly how I figured it would.

All we learned is that his lawyers are more worried about the pardon holding up and potential perjury if it doesnt hold up. Thats why he went with the Clinton defense. The pardon gives him immunity for anything related to those times and back to 2014. There would be no reason outside of fear of personal safety in the public to pull the 5th like that, but at the same time refusal to answer could be as bad. He will get hit with contempt but it wont change much. He might have been more keen to answer a few of the questions in a private locked doors setting but even then I doubt it. You dont need him to answer much anyways if this diary is accurate it tells you everything you need to know and thấy most of us knew.

His ability to rely on the 5th is not all that solid. You can't use it if you have been given immunity, which he has. The only issue is perjury. He can be prosecuted for lying to Congress today so his lawyers are saying the 5th is still valid. I hope it's not. Read up a bit on the Tuskegee experiments. Nobody should take these fuckers at their word.
