He ran faster lap times once the hunter brothers had a 45 second gap on 3rd and were rolling around, yeah. But just keep up making things in your mind, whatever lets you sleep at night 😂

Deegs’ fastest lap was over2 seconds off Hunta’s fastest lap and over 1 second slower than Jett’s fastest lap.

From this you can pretty well deduct how it would have played out.

Neither of them were clawing their way through the pack either. I’m no Deegan nut-hugger, but geez it’s really not difficult to admit he was the fastest guy in the 2nd half of that race. (While passing to get there) He wants it more than ever, 2nd moto will be fun to watch.

There’s a reason he was the fastest at the end of the race- because the Hondas were cruising, managing a sizeable lead.

If they needed to go faster, Deegs wouldn’t have been the fastest.

Didn’t read the whole thread, so I don't know if it was discussed, but what the hell were James and Weege talking about in 450 moto 2, prior to Jett’s crash? They were saying if RJ got by Prado, he’d get the overall podium? He would have had a 3-4 compared to Deegan’s 4-3. How would RJ have come out ahead on that one?

Just watched the last 10 mins of 250 Moto 1 back again. What an awesome ride from Julien Beaumer. I will never know how he made that corner when he made the pass for the lead... Hell of a charge

No different than last week with Lucas. Lucas best lap was in the 2:01's while Hunter, Jett and Hadien were in the 2:00's. Not one person seconded guessed Lucas was "flying". No one tried to "qualify" how fast he was going late in the race and he crashed with 2 minutes left.

Everyone gave him credit, said it was awesome to watch, as it was, etc.

With Haiden, you got people who cant stand the praise so have to discredit it in anyway.

The reality, both events were awesome to watch.

Almost everyone here was giving Deegan credit for Southwick, you're trying way to hard to make a point. But why would I even try to argue with you? Literally every single comment you have made here is about Deegan or responding to anti Deegan comments. It's actually scary how obsessed you are.

You are scared? Of words?

HAHA funny stuff man.

In any case there is a clear and evident distinction around Deegan. Its 90% irrational. Nothing i have said has been over the top, out of line, or anything in that regard. Its all been level headed.

Enjoy your Sunday!

Sounds like the track conditions were great.  Too bad there isn’t more racing . Like 125, 250 emx on Sunday .  125 class sat had 36 on the gate, quite a few of them race the 11 round series. They hv the track dialed.

I agree sun should hv 125 & 250 emx .  Jmart raced a yz125 sat in 250 a.  D16 Wi. 125 class is pro card to c rider no age limit.  Really fast in the sand a Wi. Dominated at Baja acres last yr. And Mn. Has great and riders too.  A international 125 race & 250 emx at Millville would be cool.  I think the Wi. riders would handle any Dutch or Belgium riders.  As a group , cheap riding & they race a lot 15-20 races. Donny Schmidt beat Everts the sand master by 50 seconds on a 125 . IMG 5852 0

His ankle looked like it twisted as the bar hit his boots.

No reason to push. He'd have to pass RJ AND Prado to get 2nd overall.

Wouldn't passing RJ net him 4-2 for 6 vs Hampshires 3-4 for 7?

Thats not how it works.  Its points per moto, then add them together to decide overall

Based on the AMA rules:

In motocross, Supercross and Arenacross, assistance is allowed at the starting gate up through the first turn (at the start of the race only).

Where was this demarcation point, because it looked like some assistance occurred after the right hand corner.

I thought someone else did too.

According to MXA:

Assistance: Outside assistance on the course is forbidden, except by corner workers or officials. In motocross, Supercross and Arenacross, assistance is allowed at the starting gate up through the first turn (at the start of the race only).

I didn't find this in the 2026 rule book but I didn't read the entire book. I did see this in section 1.3.F.1

F. On-Track Regulations

1. Except in a designated mechanic's area, no adjustments, repairs or refueling may be done during a moto. A rider, however, may do such work anywhere on the course without assistance.

So as near as I can tell a mechanic entering the track and adjusting a bikes lever positions is a clear violation of the rules unless I missed a section of the rules allowing this. It surprises me that other teams didn't protest, unless this or so common nobody wants to open up that can of worms.
