If the top 5 moved up to 450 who could squeak out a top 10?
None of them would make top 5
Look what Haiden did to them and look at him struggle now.
Besides a few more riders from across the pond and there won’t be a ride for them here anyway.
I would also eliminate all of team green if they went 450 for obvious reasons.
Who’s making top 10 and who isn’t?
RJ got fifth today. Jo or Kitchen could absolutely get a fifth place.
Ooh, I like this topic.
In my opinion, Jo adapts to the 450 well. He may not have the raw speed of Deegan but he has the riding style/efficiency to make up for a good portion of that gap.
How many top 5's did Marchbanks get last year in the 250s ...? Your delusional if you don't think the top guys in 250s wouldn't be contending in the top 10...
Jo can top 5 in 4fiddys easy. But on what team?? The big class really needs more hungry talent.

Did you see Jo at MXON?
He’s got the outdoor chops. Could easily seem him slot in where Justin Cooper is usually at. Probably right behind the top 4 of Hunter Jett Prado and Haiden but the next best guy after that.
RJ and Marchbanks are already at that spot and Jo is clearly a better outdoor rider than either of them
Jo proved he rips on a 450, the rest I don’t know. Davies is the only 250 guy that shows promise for 450 success:
I can definitely see Jo getting it done. But my rectal glaucoma kicks in when I try to see a 3 rider Honda 450 team.
So toss that in the mix.
Kitchen just looks to big on 250 I think he would clearly be where RJ and Marchbanks are
Davies is a phenom. He will battle with the big dogs in 2-3 years
I think Jo will be better on the 450.
Marchbanks has 3 top 5s and got smoked by Jo all season last year. I'd say Davies and Jo would be 5th and 6th in 450 points now. Kitchen could podium on one of his rare good days but would probably be around 7th to 25th otherwise. Dudes a mystery to me
Lars has mentioned they’d be willing to run a 3 rider team for Jo, but I kind of wonder if Kawi won’t go after him now that the Japanese lady took over Kawi US.
Jo would probably slot in 5-8 very easily on a 450. Levi would probably just chill out on a 450 and ride 5-8 too. Davies can probably safely and rapidly ride a 450 too and would be right there. Shock is good on the 450 too.
The rest of them…idk man. Derek Kelley is a big guy, he might be better? But even as far as factory 250 guys, I can’t see anyone being successful.
Have u not seen the footage of Jo riding the Honda 450? Sure these top guys all look fast but to me he it looks like the 450 suits him VERY well. Better than the 250 imo.
Levi will be behind AP. Dude is way too inconsistent in a class he’s raced in for 7 years. I don’t think a 450 will change that.
