I'm just this year...... filling my weeks with MX podcasts while I drive,:

5. Whiskey Throttle, I like Ping, but without 2 people it seems slow

4. AC and JB, they mesh and I like it

3. Bubbas World, raw and unfiltered

2. Cooksey, he brings a lot of energy and I like the glasses

1. Australian Dude and JT, I really think JT is genuine and on top of the whole industry,..fair and balanced, and the Aussie is so laid back and chill, sets the whole mood.

The only one I listen to is the pulp race review, and the vital race review. I'll listen to the pulp show every now and then.

These are the top motocross podcasts according to Grok;

Top Motocross Podcasts (as of 2026)

Here are the standouts, roughly ranked by mentions, review volume, and influence:

  1. The PulpMX.com Show (Steve Matthes) Long-running, highly engaging bench-racing show with deep dives, rider interviews, and race analysis. Often 3–5+ hours. Strong community following and high review counts (~1.3K–1.7K on Apple). Frequently tops or near-tops motocross lists.
  2. The Steve Matthes Show on RacerX Covers supercross/motocross from all angles, including race reviews with Jason Weigandt/Thomas and insider interviews. Very popular among serious fans; many episodes tie into PulpMX. High ratings (~4.7 on Apple with hundreds of reviews).
  3. Industry Seating (Jason Thomas) Behind-the-scenes look at pro racing. Tops many 2026 "best of" lists on Feedspot and similar sites. Strong Apple ratings (~4.8).
  4. Vital MX (Inside Line and others) Interviews with riders past and present, plus analysis. Solid following with good ratings (~4.7–4.8). Consistent content from a major moto media site.
  5. Swapmoto Live Podcast (Donn Maeda) Veteran journalist-hosted show with racer interviews, new bike talk, and off-road coverage. Long-running with strong reviews.

Other Notable Mentions

  • The Moto Aftermath Show — Casual bench racing about AMA events; frequently listed in top rankings.
  • DMXS Radio — Original online radio-style show with interviews and fun vibes.
  • Vurbmoto Podcast Network — Covers amateurs to pros with multiple shows.
  • The Whiskey Throttle Show — Entertaining long-form interviews with moto personalities.
  • Racer X Podcast Network (various, including Jason Weigandt) — Race recaps and insights.
  • Others worth checking: Title 24 (NBC/Motorsports with big names like Ricky Carmichael), Live Motocross Podcast, and SMX Insider.

Not to be a wet towel but we don’t really care what grok has to think, an opinion from a human is 10x more valuable, especially when talking podcasts. That being said True Goon Podcast is a person favorite, along with the moto aftermath show

Whiskey Throttle.
Lots of history that would be lost otherwise. I’ve learned a lot about the guest in the long form interviews.

Grok is just stating facts, "we" (you) is your opinion. That is why I prefer Grok.

I don’t always agree with Steve, I think he’s kind of a douche bag but it’s hands down the best pod in my opinion

2. Vital post race

3. Blair matthes project

4. Whiskey throttle

5. Gypsy depending on the guest

In order that I’m most likely to listen on a regular basis:

  1.  Vital race review (US Nationals annd MXGP) and Matthes race review.  ML and Lewis are bit more analytical; Steve, Weege and JT a bit more on the opinion side.
  2. Live Motocross race review.  Some good honest review and opinions.
  3. Blair Matthes project.  Blair has a lot of good insights.
  4. PulpMX (if there’s a good guest list and co-host).  I tend to skip through a lot to get to the parts I like.

Beyond that if I’m bored I’ll sometimes listen to LVK, or Daniel Blair’s show.  I’ve pretty much given up on AC & JB (too chatty) as well as Title24 (RC doesn’t have much useful insight and they both tend to just agree with each other way too much instead of discussing differing viewpoints).

Gypsy Tales is totally guest dependent; if it’s someone I’m highly interested in I’ll listen to that episode.

Forgot to include AC&JB.  I like both of those dudes a lot but they talk about golf too much and the pace is a little too slow so i end up losing focus. They do amazing in the booth IMO but something about the pod doesn’t quite do it for me

I don’t like Gypsy personally, but I’ll listen when he has a good guest. You gotta hand it to the dude, he gets the big names..

Probably been close to a decade since I missed a pulp show, it’s the best IMO

I really only listen to Blair Matthes and Moto:60 these days, although I'm starting to tire of the latter.  IMO it was better with JT - seems to be missing the mark with Zach and I can't stand Truman's obvious and unsurprising Honda bias.
