Odd comment- so he is admitting Deeg has been in a position to attempt a pass…how many people has he said that about in the last 3 years?
Hunter, Eli, Sexton, AP, Tiga. Getting on Jett's fender and passing him are two different things.

Multiple times in 2023 Chase was on Jett’s fender for an entire race, not just 15-20 minutes.
Same in moto 2 at Pala last year for Eli.
Deegan will win soon enough and he’s much closer to Jett than anyone ever thought. And I am not sure vital will be able to handle it. I say that as a Jett fan.
Nobody knows how close he is to Jett. Nobody knows about anyone because Jett will just let guys sit on his fender and doesn't panic.
So Jett admits he is worried.

I feel like it’s similar to feeding the trolls online. H.D really wants the rivalry and if they don’t interact it makes it a one sided rivalry. I’m guessing this is a response to the interactions they had in 250’s and they came to a decision it’s best not to feed the narrative as a group. I find it funny and I’d assume it gets under H.D.’s skin as he needs the drama he can spin in his direction for you tube content.

😂 ahhhh man brotha spike , I’m locked in on covering the ufc White House card tonight but I just happen to check vital & see ur comment during intermission, I do agree tht deegs will get a W but how is he any closer than wht Eli was from last season 🤔 the 1st couple motos last yr Eli gave Jett off the ACL all he wanted , this yr Jett got an injury thts long term worst then an ACL & it’s the same schedule program, u can get close all u want but actually passing him & gaping him is a total different ball game
A lot of people here anticipate he will grab a moto at some point, even expect it. I think the forum of us mouth breathers will be just fine. Weird take from a supposed Jett fan. This Deegan stuff is exhausting. Just stfu and ride.

Unless anyone thinks Jett is going to go 1-1 for the rest of his career then it’s likely the other guys in the top 3-5 will get a moto win here and there. Whether it makes any difference over the course of a championship is a different story.
Years later I suspect that will be a bragging point - “I took a moto win from Jett”.
Eli passed Jett once and held it. That was SX. Has anyone else done that?
I don’t think Jett is worried, but Haiden is going to give it 100% and try to beat Jett. Say what you want about Deegan, he is determined. Not sure it will be enough though to overcome a talent like Jett though. The record books will determine that.
Deegan lost it twice. Jett said he was “zone 2” couldn’t find a flow around the track, how close is Deegan? Yesterday seemed close, untill it wasn’t.
Don’t worry, Deegan says he just needs to shift up! That’s all.

I think they (the Lawrences) were better off just ignoring him. This shot kinda plays into his hands a bit and plays his game; now he has bulletin-board material to motivate him.

As long as Deegan stays healthy…..he’s going to get to Jett. Three races in and it’s on!
I think he’ll get Hunter, Prado and the others, but I think he’ll be the James Stewart to the unbeatable RC.
