Gas $ 2.0 ?

Not sure why ARCO gets so much hate.

All I ever run. probably easily have over 1000000 miles on it in our household.

Never had an issue. wifes tundra had a bad exh pump had to remove intake plenum to replace it, intake ports and valves very clean (175k miles) and what I could see with a borescope piston and cylinders looked great.

Well, I guess their gas has improved, but I do know in the past it used to be pretty crappy as it was heavily oxygenated. 

From experience, I remember one year I was going out to a race at Glen Helen with my buddy jimco and he was driving and is a notorious cheapskate and he pulled into Arco station to put gas in his truck and bike. I asked him, what the hell are you doing? This is cheap gas! 

All I remember is by the time he was done with practice his bike was popping and backfiring.

We were both on yamaha 2001 426's and mine was fine.

Price should be stable, unless oil reserves are drained...

$5.15 today at the station I gauge it from the high of $5,50...4 weeks ago?

Still too damn high

Still $4.79 range in Phoenix area, but just got back from visiting grandson in Texas and $3.29 was the lowest I saw on the drive between Dallas and Waco. 

Prices have pretty much stayed the same for the last 2 weeks. I thought I heard yesterday that price a barrel was in like the mid 80’s is this correct?

The range here is crazy. 

This was on Memorial Day in SC

Lowest, I’ve seen continues to be Arco AM PM mini marts. $5.19 in my area. 

$5.99 for diesel on the east side of the cascades here in Orygun.

Saw $3.54 in Snellville, GA yesterday. I should have stopped. Paid $3.75 when I filled up later in Duluth. 

3.74 - 3.99 range in this area now . We were into the 4.40s 

I’ve been paying $3.11 to $3.59 in TX - NC…The South.

Oh man…. $3.11 is crazy low for my area.  Washington State westside hasn’t seen gas that low for a decade.

I feel sorry for the youngsters just getting started in life. The kids commuting to work then school like I once had to. Working out of town/state just trying to get by. 
 

National gas price average is down to $4.02 from a high of $4.51 a month ago. We're now a full dollar, or 20%, below Biden's $5.01 gas exactly four years ago.
