Hunter’s first 15 finishes on 450

And if all pre season, Hunter had been running his mouth like an entitled, full of himself, Narcissist, I would have been laughing at those results. But the opposite is true.

I had Deegan down for a 5th and a DNF - smart enough to stay on - a good sign for his fans

Kid can ride - fast, but no style. Potentially difficult to speed up with that lack of technique. We’ll see.

I still predict he’ll find it too hard, and won’t get the results he want’s, and move on from MX pretty quickly.

I agree.

I was at the race yesterday, and it looked like Deegan was working much harder to run the pace than Jett, Prado, and Hunter. I don't know how he's going to run that pace and faster with that technique, even with a good start.

Smashing his way around the track, as opposed to "gliding" around it for lack of better terms.

For any other rookie I would say: Great debut on the 450. But when you are wearing shirts like this, you should own it and destroy Jett and all others.

PS: His digs to Jett his girlfriend are below the belt, I mean what would they think when someone would use one of the leaked nudes of Hailey to screw with Haiden?

Wow. That is really tasteless and tacky.

This slamming of Deegs parents thing is a little weird to me..

None of us actually know what they are really like, but if you take it for what it is, they are a very tight family, raised successful kids. The family is still together and they are all supportive of each other. you don’t get to be in Haidens position without good guidance.

You don’t have to like Brian Deegan or the metal mulisha, But as a family they seem to be fine, I don’t understand why they always get dragged into it..

Many of the riders come from broken families, Jason Anderson had domestic abuse issues, RV’s family relationship was a mess at one point. From the outside looking in the Deegans are doing just fine.

I understand what you are saying. But it is the actions of the family towards the greater society around them what is rubbing people the wrong way. I mean they build on the „fuck you, I do (say) what I want“/rebel/outlaw mentality.

Just for the sake of your argumentation:
Is being close and having „successful kids“ your only argument they are good people? That’s how I interpret your argument here.
I saw a documentary about the people/family behind the westboro Baptist church. The family life was totally peaceful and they supported each other, had a normal life, besides in their case promoting hate towards certain group of people.

Hunter looks good… Looked at how Hunter did over his first 15 races when he transitioned into 450 which he did during Supercross… Look how he did during his transition. Took Hunter 10 races to get on the podium and over 15 races to begin his appearances regularly on the podiums. Everyone has a different learning curve…

A 5th and 4th finishing behind Jett in both races is solid for Deegan. He actually ran a faster lap time than Jett in the first moto. Jett is super smooth and has had an undefeated season which says a lot. I’m not a fan of Deegan wearing that stupid shirt and some of his antics but I watch every Supercross and motocross races for years and raced several years back in the old days and was at Pala watching yesterday and I will say, Deegan is fast. And he will get much faster. His starts will get better and he will be standing on podiums regularly in the next 12 to 18 months if he follows a similar curve as Hunter.

Didn't look bad, but didn't look good either... a chit talker that didn't back it up.... not a good look... heck, he wasn't even the top placing yamaha... got beat by jcoop... who never won a national title... gonna be a longgg summer, and likely rest of his career, for the cringe lord...

To be fair Hampshire had jcoop covered but got caught up in lap traffic on the last lap and handed jcoop the position which gave him  4th over Deegs .

That would be JCoop. Why does everyone constantly overlook that dude?

If you keep your mouth shut, you're invisible.

If you say anything, you're roasted into oblivion.

The problem is "the fans".
