Crowdfund to fire Bondo and get Malin to announce supercross?

I don't watch a ton of GPs, but when I do, it sure is nice. Extremely professional and impressive that he does it as a one man show. I wouldn't mind it. It's fun when JT$ joins him in the booth as well. 

Ricky has been awful the past 2 weeks. In Philly he seemed totally bored and checked out. 

Malin sounds like an old golf announcer not sure what his super fans are smoking, but give me a puff

The booth and the camera director have to work in synch with one another or they both look bad. I think that's what's happening.  Ricky and Diff don't necessarily suck and Bondo doesn't necessarily suck, but their synchronicity is horrible right now.  

So you end up with two guys in the booth podcasting with moto in the back ground.....then Wil.

Announcers add to the excitement and describe what's happening on the track. Cameras are close enough that the riders don't look like ants, can see ruts, etc, can hear the bikes.

Say what you want about RC, but he catches some of the action in the race that Diffy totally misses, or glosses over.

I said it before. US MX Productions is like you are looking at the race 2 weeks after and someone is doing a post race show. Talk about the weather, what riders did last season. 

Absolutely no excitement, and almost no race insight. 

I figure he's probably moved on from the scene but David Bailey was the best at announcing

Get Gaudy, when he was doing the Canadian nationals in early ‘00s it really fires you up to watch. Hole shaaaaaawt!!!

youd have to call Elon and get him to buy NBC sports or pay off the feldsteins and have red bull or someone produce it. 

maybe we could crowdfund a rowing machine for Bondo to get him in shape and hopefully clean some of the sludge out of that rapidly aging brain of his. 

You would have to get entirely new ownership to fix that chit show.... chit only rolls downhill... 

golf announcer lol, Malin has more hype than any of the AMA announcers and also actually pays attention to what happens on the track, he's also probably the funniest dude. Nice ragebait though, it worked

I’ve always liked the mxgp announcer, but I never knew that was Paul Malin doing the announcing. Learned something new today.

   I am of the opinion that Malin and JT are head and shoulders above any other combination of announcers. I must say though that I would never donate to a Go fund Me page that is looking to remove a man from his ability to earn a living.  No Fucking Way.

It seems like RC only does it for a bit of extra cash and to remain in the spotlight. A few races back they were talking about riders stretching their careers and making more money later into their 30's and RC said "Yea that would have been nice". Hard to see how a guy like him could need money but it comes off like he feels like he does, and the whole Daniel Blair ordeal makes it also seem like he can't let go and fade into retirement full time.

I really don't see why people like Malin so much. 

I think that him being alone in the booth and focusing as much on the leader as he did on Tommy Searle in 12th place left a bad taste back in the day. 

No announcer should do it alone, and nobody cared about Searle being 12th-ish every week.
