Hymas has a lot more upside if he can stay healthy. Not many 250 riders can leave Deegs. Hymas will win a 250 outdoor title.

Hymns is a great rider for sure, but his knees are a big problem. Is this his 3rd ACL?
If I had to guess, Malinoski will make his pro debut sometime next year. He's coming up to Canada this summer to race our series, so maybe SMX Next in SX and move up to pro next summer.
He's also racing the US amateur stuff this summer as well. If things go well maybe he does the last few Nationals?
When does TLD Ducati start their 250 side of things? Where does Forkner end up? A BarX Yamaha would maybe do him some good, or ClubMx with Reed out there helping.
Club and forkner together would be a great comeback story for the both, is he not gonna end up at triumph again?
I don't get the impression he ever truly gelled with the Triumph, but I think he'd be a pretty good fit at Club if they have room. Or hell, maybe even a Quad Lock Honda if Savatgy moves on to a bigger gig.
I thought I heard that he was shopping around, but I agree, he never really looked like he got along well with the Triumph. Not a lot of options out there.
From the interview with Kawi Team Manager Fahie, not looking too good for Sexton with the team for ‘27. But like Jason Thomas mentioned, there’s just not a lot of places for a $2.5 million rider to go.
Who would want Forkner unless it is 100% bonus money? Dude is always hurt.

If he wins a 250 SX title next year, he has to move up in SX for 2028. If he doesn't win 250 next year I am not sure if he gets one more chance in 250s or automatically goes to 450 in 2028.

All the KTM factory contracts are up this year and with the Coenen’s potentially coming over there definitely aren’t enough seats for everyone who wants to be at KTM.

Does Chase stay with Kawi? This potentially makes his decision even harder with fewer spots and more free agents.
Star has Deegan and Webb, although Webb is reportedly looking for an SX only deal. If he can’t make that work where does he go and is that an opening for Chase? If it is would Chase want to be the #2 guy on the team and, after the last year or two, would Star be willing to pay Chase what he thinks he’s worth?
On the Fly Racing Moto: 60 Show, Zach Osborne said he heard that Webb is going to Team Tedder.
Edit: Dan Truman was asked about it by Matthes and he said he thinks there's something there for sure.

Not much of an insider anymore. But I have a pretty good idea of how a lot more things work than probably 99% of people here do. And every time I post something, I get shit on. It’s the same reason few people from the industry or know how things work post anything here besides the polished media pitch. This will surely be downvoted or I’ll be told I don’t know what I am talking about. It makes way more sense for Deggs to have his own team with Yamaha support and Davies as his number 2 rider in 27 or 28. But hey, I don’t know anything.
Genuinely curious - how would this arrangement make more sense? Is there really that much more sponsorship income from being independent? Enough to offset all the costs of racing? At the moment I would think their own outlay would be pretty minimal.

If he backs up his title then he’s into the 450 class in ‘28, if he doesn’t then he’s gets 1 more year of 250sx for ‘28.

I thought Blair said just for the summer, but will still be on the property. Just taking a vacation and family time etc…?
