Just moved into a new place last week and starting to get my new shop dialed in. I have a 3 car garage but this is my walk out sub basement that I'm using as the shop. It has heat and AC so it's rather pleasant to work in vs the garage. Still a lot of dialing in to do and I have more of my racing crap to put out from over the years but I'm pretty happy with it so far.

One of the previous owners was an old tile guy in town, he tiled the area above the sink with leftover tiles from jobs. It’s like a 1950’s and 60’s vintage tile collection lol. The house was built in 55

Mine is pretty much complete now. I just have to add my portable AC vents. I'm going to have my contractor friend help me with that, because I don't feel 100% comfortable drilling a hole to the exterior of my house!

Here's my lil setup. Patched and epoxied the floors and am slowly finishing some things and getting organized. Still wanna add some decor, better lighting, some led lights, and that kinda thing.
