Don't believe everything your president tells you. Europe is doing pretty well, you can check that in how strong our Euro is against the dollar for example. If you want I can give you more numbers? Or was it just a "Whataboutisme" reaction because your inspiration was gone.

Also on some areas you can't compare an union like the European Union with a Nation like the USA. For example Switzerland is on our continent but isn't in the union, so you still need a passport to visit them...

PS: It seems that we're still  86% Caucasian. Again don't believe all that right wing propaganda.

Sorry, that info comes from friends that live there. And quite frankly, the weak dollar helps us export as our products are cheaper for you to buy.

This whole thing is orchestrated. The only hope the Dems have for taking control of the house is if they can recreate the chaos of the George Floyd days. Other than that, they've got nothing. Everything they try fails, the money fraud that funds them is getting exposed. Their NGOs are running out of money to funnel back to them. The economy is humming along, real wages are getting better, people are filling the jobs that the deported illegals left open that they all told us "there'll be nobody to work". Trump's going to start WWIII, and yet that hasn't happened but Europe is pushing for it. It's all orchestrated.

I quoted your sentence.

Madeline: At the moment are only 5% of all ICE detainees knows for criminal offenses and if you leave speeding and other parking tickets our of the occasion, it is only 2%.

Me. Isn’t crossing the border illegally, an illegal/criminal activity?

Manny, this “cause & effect” sermon would land a lot better if you applied it consistently.

On J6, people touching, pushing, and obstructing LEOs suddenly deserved 'nuance', 'context', and a lot of justifying the actions of the folks who were actually assaulting officers.  Here, you’re instantly comfortable declaring assault, intent, resistance, and causality as settled facts, no nuance, no restraint, no skepticism. Same behavior, different politics, different standards. That’s not principle, that’s selective framing dressed up as 'reason'.

And you don't have to add a faux 'with respect'.  You've made it clear with your claim of my 'dishonesty' that you have no respect for me, so why would you even try to pretend that?

Well, y’all have been busy today. 22-23 pages? Damn!

Then there’s the Apldude…

Dude, my post was about YOU telling me I’d justified the tragic death that this thread is about. You love misrepresenting what others are throwing down..:and it’s an ongoing habit of yours that’s simply pathetic. But, ya know what? You do you.

As for your need to tell me ANOTHER ONE OF YOUR FAILS about J6 and whether or not I felt it was/is “Identical Cause & Effect”… versus what we have here? Nice try. The Cause & Effect are identical….all the way down to the actions of  LEOs causing unnecessary death.

Here’s what my position was in January 2021…

Our political leaders did NOTHING about the “Mostly Peaceful” riots and destruction that had been going down in Portland, Seattle, Minneapolis…etc., etc., etc.

But, all of a sudden they’re gonna do something about one of these “Mostly Peaceful” shit shows now that it’s come to The Capital? Oh, ok.

Also, from St Louis to Seattle, Portland to Los Angeles, Chicago to Minneapolis…the left rioted, burned shit down, destroyed neighborhoods and even killed people during their “Mostly Peaceful” shit storms and NOTHING was done about it…

But, that sure as hell ain’t how they handled J6. That was my comparison and still is.

No worries. You go on and continue to tell others what they’re thinking & misrepresenting their positions. It’s what you do. That’s how you got The Man Law declaration. Huh? You know…”Man Card”…that’s actually lost on you. 🤣

I’m jus’ sayin’…

APLMAN99 wrote:

Manny, this is your pattern every time.  When the logic gets uncomfortable, you pivot. You don’t engage the substance attempt to reframe, personalize, status-signal, and swap argument for posture. 'Man card', 'misrepresentation', vague 'they' screeds, moral sermons, it's just deflect - reposition - (try to) claim the high ground - avoid addressing the inconsistency.

And the inconsistency is still the core issue.  On J6, touching, pushing, obstructing LEOs got nuance, context, and restraint from you. Here, you instantly declare assault, intent, resistance, and causality as settled facts because it fits your narrative that you follow. Same behaviors, different politics, different standards. That’s not principle, that’s narrative management dressed up as 'cause & effect'.

I'm curious, what are the guys with the stars saying about this one?

Pivot? Again with this shit?

YOU tell me that I justified…or was justifying a man’s death. I responded and pointed out that you’re full of shit & you were WRONG…again.

You responded with YOUR PIVOT to J6…and you were WRONG AGAIN. I even reminded you of the commonality of this current fiasco and J6. Yet, you still try your usual worn out shit. You try to create a narrative for me that is straight outta your twisted lil imagination.  That must be nice for your fragile ego…to constantly assign a mindset to others…whilst yours remains hilariously weak. No worries. It’s expected.

And now you make your commentary about those folks with stars and what they think…

Well, they’re busy. People with bars, clusters, stars…they’re all busy.

Do me a favor, quit telling me and others my…our position on things.

It talks about body cams.  Lets see the bodycam of the agent being dragged. If You have a link post it. or let me know if its already posted in this thread.

They lost me when the put out twisted perceptions and outright lies about the two interactions that were on video from multiple angles. I do not trust their word without proof.  It is easy to see they lied about the extent of the injuries right?   " nothing major" Would that be an accurate description of a person with a gunshot wound in his neck?  Details should matter , if You need to take some bodies' word for something they need to remain trustworthy .

I'm not going to argue that the agent wasn't dragged, but I also do not have 100% confidence that he was.  If they use quotes from the bodycam, they should also make that footage available to show that it is the truth.

As I understand it, the agent that was dragged did not have body cam. The quote from the involved agent was recorded on body cam from local officers that responded to the shooting.

Regardless of what happened, the post is using "only minor injuries" to implicate the officer, and that's insane. The presence of injury is totally irrelevant. They're showing their bias and ignorance by even mentioning it.

I'm all for the agents wearing body cams, but be careful what you wish for. The left made a big push for these in the past thinking it was going to prove their theories about racist cops and it did the opposite.

The weak dollar combined with the tariffs makes everything the USA has to import, a lot more expensive. Think about Japanese, South-Korean, European cars but also motorcycles and bikes.

The MAGA-propaganda has clearly helped you with dehumanizing and feeling more superior than the people in the ICE detention centers. But after all they stay human beings! If you think that it is OK that people working for your government touch those people inappropriately, raping these humans,... You're a sick person. Some of them are underage, some of them are wrongfully seen as illegal alien and are real Americans like you! Again if you think it is OK that people working for your federal government grope these detainees, rape these people and starve these people. You're a sick individual.

I'm obviously missing something.  I never said the public was trustworthy.  Your response to me was based off a comment that we shouldn't take the word of our government or LEO's and bodycam's were our best shot at truth in a situation.  Please help my poor little brain by explaining what I missed.

Are you a writer for Rolling Stone magazine? WTF is it with you liberals, everything is about your emotions and how something makes you FEEL. The song sucked and Bruce Springsteen sucks. It was a slap in the face to soldiers who did their job and came home.

Its funny you say that about liberals.  I'm sure in some cases it is all about feelings and feeling wrong.

Just like most of the "evidence"  I see people on the right show as proof of election fraud. A video of vote counting  " that just doesn't look right"  The vote counts that don't " feel right" .  and so on.  No proof that what is going on in videos of vote counts was anything wrong. No proof of any fraud  just feelings.

Kind of strange how it feels like everybody is really a lot alike ? Some people argue based off of something feeling wrong, and some argue based off of laws ,facts, charts and examples of something being wrong. I suspect its more of a human thing and not partisan.

I wonder what other unrelated thing will get drug into being a Left or Right position next.

The recent attempts to make changes and work together in MN have been glossed over by most people it seems. I can see why politicians use fear  instead of positive things to motivate supporters to donate and vote. Its a more powerful motivation tool to make people feel fear.

You know, looking back at your posts in this thread gives me the impression you might be dealing with some type of prefrontal cortex injury. So I’m not going to get into an argument with you, beyond simply clarifying that I made that joke because that story was comically untrue. I thought I made that obvious, but maybe there’s a language barrier.

Nonsense. Trump Tarriffs are overwhelmingly successful and are helping address the world ripping us off for years...America first.

Meanwhile in China...

Despite the implementation of intense tariffs by the Trump administration—reaching an effective rate of 47.5% by early 2026—China achieved a record trade surplus of nearly $1.2 trillion in 2025. While U.S.-bound shipments dropped significantly, China successfully redirected its exports to other global markets, including Southeast Asia, Europe, and Africa, maintaining an export-driven growth model despite weak domestic consumption.

@MXMattii Don't be too surprised, a lot of folks here voted a known rapist and conman into office to lead our country. The same guy who fraudulently stole funds from a Veterans charity to use on his 2016 run is the guy for the job when it comes to cleaning house and eliminating corruption from our government.

Please ignore the countless high level white collar criminals convicted of major fraud and money laundering that he pardoned. They are probably helping him sort the Venezuelan laundering scheme now.

Nobody gives a shit what springsteen thinks. He is far removed from the reality of everyday Americans.  It’s like the people who live in gated communities that supported open borders.

I'm honestly curious , what are Your first hand experience's with illegal immigrants that make You so fired up?

My own personal experiences with some immigrants. I'm unsure of all of their legal status so they may be legal or not. But all of them have been some of  the most respectful and hard working people I've met.

One of my first jobs was working for a plasterer , and  there were some very talented people and one of the nicest workers was the guy who hardly spoke any English. Th US born bro's would haze me as a 14 year old laborer. I was taller than most adults at the time so most thought I was much older.

I worked at a box factory with my Dad. I was one of a handful of people who spoke English as their first language .  I was the only white person that wasn't in some sort of management position as I was 17 and fresh out of high school. There were many Spanish speaking people and they were all friendly and hard workers. These were all legal, as there were visits by ICE and those agents were all friendly and cool. And doing jobs that other American's did not want to do

Then I went back to construction and a more relaxed hiring process that may have allowed some less than legal immigrant's to be hired. And the same thing, Hard working, VERY respectful, doing jobs that others couldn't or did not want to do. Some very skilled tree workers and framers

My personal experiences are coming from growing up in a well off area. More US presidents have been born in the county I grew up in  than ANY other. 3 of them.  In all of those jobs I knew the people in management, and they all said that it was harder to get US born people to work doing the jobs that they were hiring for.  In school we were told that we would be stuck working a dead-end factory or construction job if we didn't go to collage.

I didn't fall for that BS, that is what helped make manufacturing leave the US. The factory I worked at with my dad sold after 3 generations owning it. Now only the name lives on and they import the packages from China for the most part. The boxes were Tiffany, Helzberg Diamonds, and stuff for FBI, Secret Service , Etc badges. Boxes that were bought by the thousand, some costing $30 or more each . They started importing more and more as it became harder and harder to find Factory workers and easier to outsource and sell based off the name.

I'm obviously missing something.  I never said the public was trustworthy.  Your response to me was based off a comment that we shouldn't take the word of our government or LEO's and bodycam's were our best shot at truth in a situation.  Please help my poor little brain by explaining what I missed.

You made a very one sided post. I merely pointed out that both sides lie. Had you put a fair representation of why cameras are needed, I'd not have had to add to your post. Has nothing to do with qualified immunity............... Just the fact that your post was, by it's self a big lie, stating only that the LEOs lie. The cameras protect the public and the LEO from a fabricated narrative. Because BOTH have been known to lie.

Now you're starting to get it! See, it wasn't that hard.

"In school we were told that we would be stuck working a dead-end factory or construction job if we didn't go to collage. "

I can see why you didn't want to go to collage. There's just too many pictures in that statement to wrap my head around. 🤣

I would advocate some people get a reading comprehension class before posting. As they constantly don't understand what they read.

yeah, simply stating that our government and ICE leaders have been caught in bold faced lies recently does not imply that the public does not also lie.  My omission of including the public in that statement was not intended to imply their innocence.  But as TG would say I digress, as we are in agreement that everyone has the capability, and motivation oftentimes, to lie and hope they are believed.  That's why body cam's should be required for all LEO's.  To aid in accountability for all parties involved.
