I think most of us can agree that the system in this country has been working against regular citizens for decades now. I will say the Donfather has done an excellent job bringing politics to mainstream awareness, and even if he is a bad actor himself, this is ultimately a good thing.

Again, the problem are the laws on the book as you agree. The bipartisan immigration reform bill that was killed because of Trump would have tackled all of these issues including putting a cap on how many people are allowed to ask for asylum and a threshold where if passed then now asylum seekers would be allowed in and be given asylum.
Edit: TPS can be used for environmental disasters. It's all completely legal. It's not legal for asylum. TPS stands for TEMPORARY protected status. Asylum is an indefinite status.

Former U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Virginia, John Fishwick, told The National News Desk that when it comes to these chats, people are allowed to communicate when law enforcement is in a public space.
But that First Amendment protection disappears when there are intentions to obstruct and interfere.

I don’t think it’s far fetched to say, he didn’t have his ID or, permit on him on purpose.
He went down there with the intention of, obstructing knowing not having those items would make it harder to be identified if he was arrested.
Nope, try again. That was just an example of something they did. As far a the asylum seekers, it was entirely illegal to give them asylum in they didn't come through an established port of entry. We all saw the massive crowds that just came over. Also, they did not vet anyone, they just gave them papers to come back in 10 years for a hearing. Yeah, like anyone ever shows up. And those that do show up over 80% are being told a big fat NO.
You can ask for asylum even if youre in the country from what I understand. That is why the law that Biden would have passed woukd have increased the number of asylum judges. And alas, Trump shot it down.

Just as the protestors are tracking ICE officers, DHS is probably keeping tabs on the frequent flyers. Here Pretti is spitting on officers, kicking out taillights, and fighting, all while he has a gun on him. He also apparently broke his rib in an ICE altercation and that’s not confirmed to be the fight in this video, so there may even be another incident. ICE probably had him on the blotter as a guy who shows up with a gun and goes hands on with officers.

The trickle down may be interesting with this. Why didn't they arrest him the first time? They've arrested others for spitting on ICE agents. He may have given the string pullers the exact ammo they wanted. The fatal interaction that followed feels pretty execution like to me. And it sends a clear message - FAFO.
And we will see more of this type of stuff, and the victims will feel less and less 'illegal alien', and we will get more desensitized along the way.

If you look at it this way it's a clever strategy...Hire all the dumb dangerous domestic fellas (mostly referring to the new hires), and pay them to round up and ship off all the dangerous import fellas. After 5yrs they get out (and collect their 50k bonus), only to find they can't afford the cost of living anymore, and can't find a job now. They become unruly, and give big brother a reason for them to end up in jail themselves. Cheap labor acquired.
Look how many of the J6 folks ended up back in jail...
EDIT - Most of the ICE new hires are unfit, low educated citizens. They have had to lower standards to accommodate the hiring surge. Most are probably coming from low skill, low pay jobs. If these guys were fit for this work, most would've already been doing it, or police, etc. They are the unhinged basement dwellers who felt a call to action. Not unlike what many in this thread have painted Pretti as.
This is why a lot of local Police organizations were frustrated with ICE actively poaching their guys as well, ironically making communities less safe.
BBC used facial recognition on the video and came up with 97% probability that it is Pretti.
Top it off with the probability of flock cameras being used in the area with, DHS on top of it, I’m sure there will be many arrests in the near future.

The 50k bonus is a little misleading. It's a retention bonus. They get paid out 10k/yr, but if they leave before 5yrs need to pay it back apparently. Most new hires are probably barely literate fellas with very fragile egos. Some dudes who want out may be stuck paying back tens of thousands of dollars...
EDIT - It would be interesting to know how many pardoned J6 volunteer domestic terrorists (agitators) are now federally employed domestic terrorists (ICE new hires by and large, not all of them). I can't imagine many of the J6 folks were very employable with that patriotic act on their resume.
My beer league hockey team uses WhatsApp to communicate. You could say we’re using encrypted messages to communicate.
The reality is it’s easier to use a third party app when you have a mix of Apple and Android phones in any group.
With ICE kicking in doors and dragging people out of their homes, arresting citizens, raiding daycares and schools, you really think people wouldn’t have a problem with it? They’re using their right to protest and fighting back against people they see as attacking their community, their neighborhoods.
