Someone used to have this fun looking grass track right next to I79 in wayneburg PA just north of Mt Morris, the hill is steeper than it looks, off-cambers for days. Land got developed into a medical facility about 5 years ago, no track now.
I've found several (including some pro riders private compounds) hunting on Google maps, but I'm not saying let's blow out secret locations, just the stuff that's clearly visible from a busy road, hoping maybe we'd find some people's local track on here that some of us just daydream about after driving by.
Street view of the apparent police training grounds in WV. Still want to go rip around it on a bike.

So me and my girlfriend went to Cancun, Mexico last year and stayed just outside the city, we hopped in a Taxi to go downtown Cancun, and just as we get right downtown there is a little Supercross track right by one of the exits. On our way back to the hotel we passed it again and there were tons of bikes riding or racing around I wanted to stop but we had dinner/show reservations that she didn't want to miss. Kinda cool and unexpected right in the downtown area...
Saw a track while approaching the airport in Maui last week that is now on my bucket list.
The number of people that have seen this one beside the road is a surprising big club.
This sand track with a sand pit in the woods a few towns from me looks like a fun spot but I’ve been told cops will show up and impound your bike if you try.
It’s hard to see from the freeway , but it’s there at the beginning of every year. Cool for us that the imaging satellite cruised by on race day.
A few miles southeast of I-40 and Hwy 93 S in AZ
Speaking of Denver, growing up north of the metro area on the front range, some of my fondest childhood memories were looking over at the old Berthoud mx track and watching people ride from I-25. Sadly a casualty to increasing urban sprawl and I'm pretty sure a couple lawsuits from the subdivision they built right behind it. Saw a for sale sign on the land the last time I passed by. I hope they hold out for every penny.

This would have to be Delta MX. It has been there since the early 70's. It was originally called Glass city as it was the Glass city motorcycle club out of toledo's club grounds with short track and mx. It's been delta since late 70's/ early 80's I believe. It's right next to the 80/90 turnpike at mile marker 41, I actually passed it today and about every other week driving from west michigan to akron ohio for work. They had pro mx nationals there in the mid 70's. Now the track looks very supercrossy. I only raced there twice back in late 80's = not that great of a track.
Similar experience... I've seen this track each time we go to Mexico, Pista de Motocross (in english, Motocross Track, lol ) when going down to Akumal.
It's just south of Home Depot on the 307.
FYI - it's a very basic course, the 1st time I saw it the people riding it were on mopeds!
During the summer, I make a lot of trips to Romney and Moorefield. I'd say 8 or 10 times a year. I also have a cabin not far from there, closer to Mt.Storm. My wife and I always buy lunch on our way through and kind of picnic half way up the mountain on one of the pull off spots above the track. There are some great views there and it is a nice place to stop. I have never in all those trips ever seen or heard anyone on the track. I know it has been there at least 8 years.
I wish I could nail down the location on the track on 64 a little better. All I can tell you is that it is about half way between the Lexington and Huntington.
That one on the north side of the highway after you leave Albuquerque headed east. Looks kinda fun
Its been closed since before Covid. Tom Stout, the guy that ran it since I was a kid had a fatal equipment accident and it closed down for a while. It was open for a handful of years after that but eventually stopped. I think a family member opened it again and ran it for like 1 season and its been growing grass ever since. I know a guy that was going to buy it and run it but the deal went sour at the last minute. I wish someone would open it up and not sell it off for something else or put a gas well on it. It is a great place. I think I was 5 or 6 the first time I rode the track. We used to rent it a lot. When I was a teen ager, we could ride it anytime we wanted. Just leave a $10 bill under the door. I really miss the place.
But being lit up was cool. The last handful of years it was open they only did night racing. It was a lot of fun.
It's been gone for a really long time, but Marty Smith had a practice track right off the 5/805 merge in San Diego that we used to ride in the early/mid-80s. It was still slightly visible in this Google Earth image from 1994 (Torrey Gardens Apartments), but it's been long since swallowed up by urban sprawl.
Pit Row
That's Moriarty never rode there but we went by it a couple times on a road trip agree looks pretty good.
I’ve found almost 4000 of them all over the world on google maps.

About 3 miles from my house in my town our local track sits adjacent to the main state highway that runs through it, like literally a few hundred feet. One of the best tracks in the area as well. Very fortunate in that respect !
