I bet they tore down the original house and built this one between 03 and 09.
Edit-Yep the Zillow listing shows it was built in 2007.
Holy shit, if you look at the area around his house there is a TON of homes for sale. Wonder whats up with that? And as you keep zooming out it doesn't get any better.

What is wrong with folk today? It appears that some people enjoy to see a man go down and it consumes their lives talking about it. Ya know, it makes them feel good about themselves.
From chatzgpt.
Yes, people often enjoy hearing about others' misfortunes, a feeling psychologists call schadenfreude, which is German for "harm-joy". This pleasure stems from various factors, including a sense of justice (feeling they deserved it), social comparison (boosting self-esteem), rivalry (joy at a competitor's loss), envy reduction (seeing a superior person fall), or group identity (delight in an out-group's failure). It's a complex, common human emotion, not necessarily evil, but rooted in our psychology and social dynamics.
Sad....sad world we live in.
I don't think anyone on here is happy this is going down and that we feel for him. I have no doubt he will bounce back. Let's be real, he was one of the most driven and successful racers ever and I'm quite certain he can channel into that again and get back on his feet. We have Stews back and I hope he knows that.
Hey maybe he moves back to the compound and starts riding again..we can only dream of him throwing fat whips again.
OK, that makes sense now. Thanks.
On the contrary. It brings me no joy whatsoever to hear of James' difficulties, I'd just like to know the facts of the matter because he's someone who I've always liked and admired, and I find this news shocking. Most of us have had unexpected low points in our lives, sometimes very low points, and so we can imagine how this must feel for him. There's an old saying, "There's no way past it but through it," and I hope this is true for Bubba. I hope his future brings him great joys and successes, and when/if they do, that he's better able to sustain the windfalls of his rebounding good fortune because he'll have learned from his mistakes. Simple as that.
If I didn't give a shit, I wouldn't even click on the thread. After all, there's always Prado and Deegan to read about.
On a side note… if you lost $ on real estate down in Florida in the last 15 years…… you did something very wrong……
Nope, I didn't touch shit.
I have a report system that pings me every evening to show what happens to topics, profiles, and other key items. The user who started the thread deleted it. It happens more often than you'd think; five users deleted their own topics yesterday.
You could edit your original comment, retract it, delete it, or just apologize for jumping the gun and kinda being a you know what about it.
Sorry I don’t live on Vital; I’ll do better next time
How about we all let James and his missus sort their domestic issues out. the house foreclosure etc without getting involved?
That's the ethical to do no?
A lot of native Floridians are over the growth, the stupid cost of living, and trying to get the heck out of there. In the last 10yrs I've watched many pastures, orange groves and swamps be turned into housing developments, highways, and strip malls. Looks like some people are trying to cash out on the growth and move somewhere more affordable. We cashed out in 2022 and I was able to buy 16ac of good buildable land with an awesome view in Tennessee for less than 2ac would have cost me in Florida at the time. When we bought our home in 2014, property taxes were $2200/yr, the year we sold they were over $10k (2022) with no improvements or changes to the home. I'm enjoying my $600/yr property taxes up here, but people should avoid moving here because its a really horrible place
edit there are also a ton of homes about to go into foreclosure and people are trying to sell before it happens. Florida is on track to have an 08 level housing market crash. People have overpayed for their homes or cashed in on the positive equity to stay afloat, and now they are upside down and sinking. I have a friend who does reposessions and foreclosures and she said they were both up about 25% in central florida compared to the previous year
Good on you! Shows a level of character.
It is still on Zillow: 5417 Osprey Isle Ln, Orlando, FL 32819 | Zillow
Details list a foreclosure auction happening in just over a week:
Those are the facts. Everything else is just speculation. Hopefully he gets out of whatever hole he appears to be in. If you recall, the Bubba's World podcast stopped because he allegedly stiffed his producer(s):
Bubba’s World when? - Moto-Related - Motocross Forums / Message Boards - Vital MX
Pit Row
Does Cole Beach do the AC & JB show? The producer's name is cole and it sounds like the same guy from Bubba's World.
I always kinda figured that these shows done by broadcast people were paid for by AMA/Feld/MX Sports as a way to drive buzz, but I guess not. Obviously some of them are, like title 24.
I really enjoyed Bubba's World and James' perspective on things. It stinks that it went that way. Leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
Anyone ever see the ESPN 30 for 30 on athletes who made millions and went broke. Not saying it's the case with James but it happens.
FWIW, I thought Bubba's World was the best recap show out there. His insight was second to none.
WoW, that is a beautiful home! So the home with his track must be his parents' home?
I would think James bought it for them back in the day when he was rolling in dough.
Maybe he should go back to having some schools for both pros and amateurs. I imagine he wouldn't have any problem getting prospects.
It's anyone's guess on how many tv broadcasts he's contracted to do. All I know is I really enjoy when James is in the booth. Hopefully things work out for him.
Happens more than most think, I have a friend that played in the NFL for the Dolphins, Chargers, Falcons and the Dolphins again....played in two Super Bowls, led the league in receiving one year and was named an all pro one year....he lost everything by loaning some money to a man he worked for at the guys conveience store while in high school. The guy ended up being a drug dealer and all my friends assets and cash were confiscated and frozen through the rico act, he had to file bankruptcy while fighting the charges which he would eventually be acquitted from but by that time there was nothing left after his legal fees. He came back to play for the Dolphins after his acquittal....but by then the majority of his money was gone and he was beyond his big contract days...
There is so much wrong with your story that I assume you made it up on the spot. So explain why your friends assets were confiscated by the RICO act.
I completely agree. His sense of humor also really gets me cracking up. Not for everyone, but I liked it.
Well A for effort I guess, looks like some guys aren't finished with him yet.
Because the friend he loaned money to was trafficking drugs and the feds accused him of money laundering…I’m not going to tell you who it was but a fairly intelligent person could probably find the details online…it was in 1999…

CHAPTER SEVEN
UPDATE: Its just a joke people...all you thumbdumbers lol..JS7 is an absolute legend and we all know this
I’ve removed his name from this….maybe next time ask a few questions before being a dick and accusing someone of lying…
was charged with five counts of money laundering and conspiracy in 1999 for his involvement in financial transactions with a convicted drug dealer, his childhood friend. He was fully acquitted of all charges after a federal jury trial in August 1999.
Allegations: Prosecutors accused of laundering approximately $175,000 in drug money for his friend, , in a scheme that included leasing three luxury automobiles in his name and writing checks for legal fees.
Defense: defense team argued that he was unaware the money was related to drug activity and was simply trying to help a friend he believed had reformed his life and opened legitimate restaurants.
Trial and Verdict: trial began in August 1999, during which former Miami Dolphins quarterback Dan Marino testified on behalf. The defense successfully established that lacked criminal intent, and a federal jury found him not guilty on all counts.
Outcome: The acquittal allowed to continue his NFL career. He had signed a contract with the Miami Dolphins that included a contingency in case of conviction, but the charges being dropped meant he could play without legal repercussions. He did declare bankruptcy in March of that year due to being $2 million in debt
So Tony didnt know his childhood friend was a drug dealer .
