I think colored wheels have to be done right, but that bike is objectively cool
Jo, idk if this is any help as I haven’t bought rims in a while but KSR used to have a good selection and good prices. Also had great customer service.
It would depend on what's around you.
Many years ago I looked into this for someone and I was told they'd have to remove the original coating first (many have clear anodizing) and then it was limited to the colors they had on hand. It was also pricey for a one-time deal.
Probably cheaper and get a better product with new ones.

Most Tusk Impact wheels look to be the same as KKE Racing. KKE Racing wheels are made by GLM (Parent company to Giant Bicycles)
For some applications Tusk may source wheels from different manufacturers.
