If that was true i would be so stoked for him . JH has some serious un finished business with MX/SX . before he got hurt he was right in there with RD. This kid deserves a good break and TLD would be it for him . Fingers crossed JH

I dig Hill, but the flip gone wrong was just another check in his long list of mistakes made. Heres to hoping he can overcome, I am just not so sure after that fall he can, but time will tell

I wish for Hill to be recovered from his injury, first and foremost. Last I heard, he was still having some significant issues with feeling, numbness or whatever it was. Your health is the most important thing you have and I hope Josh gets his health back.

As for landing a ride, I kind of take issue when every fan thinks their favorite rider "deserves" a break, or a ride, or some support, or whatever. Every year it's the same thing....

"I am a fan of ________!!!
"He is really fast but just had some bad luck last year"
"________deserves a ride!"

I'll be happy for Hill if he gets a TLD ride. But if we are going to start talking about "deserving" riders, the list is going to be long...

Hill definitely deserves a ride at TLD because he absolutely killed it last year in supercross - second only to Dungey until he got hurt and he still soldiered on thru the rest of the season. A lot of guys out there are deserving, but Hill earned and deserves anything he gets.

I figured for sure he would be out for the 2011 year. Last time we heard from him he was in a wheel chair and looked to be down around 110 lbs. If he is riding, awesome. If he is racing in 2011, ridiculously awesome. Now please, no more backflips?

Very nice, people forget quick how consistant and beastly he was in supercross. He looked beat to hell at Pala. Hope he's healthy and feelin good!

Hey....i understand where you are coming from........but DUDE.....Josh was leading the SX series points for a while and was always running up towards the front until some injuries started to set in. he was kicking the living shit out of a lot of guys who "Have rides"......so YEAH....he does deserve it!

Bar none one of my favorite team mates and all around good kids that I have the utmost respect for!! Kid DESERVES anything and everything he gets, I feel he showed and proved that last year no questions asked!

I think it's close to a miracle that he's riding already. Hopefully he's able to take his time and heal properly. I don't want to remember Hill from his failed backflip, I remember him being damn fast!







The video is of course old and I know it may be speed up, but IMO it's still pretty impressive.

actually the list of supercross winners is pretty short relatively speaking to all the riders that have tried. A healthy Hill is deserving of any ride he can land.

I would love to see him back out there as well racing but i would say he is not even close to racing condition, i mean the guy just climbed out of a wheel chair a month or so ago.Maybe if he can stay healthy and train hard we might see him in the nationals.Good luck Josh!!

I think this is one of those scenario's where a "good kid" hangs out with a "bad kid" type thing.....so the "good kid" automatically gets labeled as a "bad kid".

Josh was hanging around Lawerence because they were friends ( still are ) , but Josh has always been a really good kid who kept his nose clean.

I have a few really redneck friends that still get into trouble doing things they shouldn't be doing.......does that mean I'm a bad guy to? No.....I don't think it does. I live a clean life , run my own little business and try to be a good person. Just because I hang out with some trouble makers , doesn't mean i'm one too.

Josh ( from what I hear ) is the same way. Don't throw someone under the bus because of some rumors. The people who do know him , will tell you different.

Well put, I am in the same boat here where i live.I have some very good friends who no matter what will always be my friends but for some reason have made very bad decisions in there lives and people judge me at times for letting these people into my world even though i dont participate in there lifestyle. Gotta love the haters sometimes its what makes the world rotate i guess??

I had the pleasure of meetng Josh this year at SanFran SX. The guy walked up and sat next to me and bullshited while he was waiting for his heat and the main to start. Josh Hill was about as down to earth as they come... If you remamber last year, every chance he got he was thanking his team.

Oh by the way (for those who forget so quick) at SF he and RV battled all race long and Hill went home with a 2nd place. If the guy is healed up and able, I am sure he will find a good ride.
