As a Phillies fan ,I cant think of a team id I rather see clean out their lockers then the Dodgers.

Im not sure LoL,id like them to lose . I have a giant dislike for the Yankees and the Dodgers.

Thanks for not taking offense to my post. ☺️ Not much of that happens anymore. The Yankees are my demon team like you but growing up in LA the Dodgers are and will always be my team.  My parents were always Angels fans but not this kid.

I took a trip with a friend to LA last summer to visit one of my buddies who had just moved out there. The three of us went to a Dodgers vs Rays game on a picturesque Friday night (we are all Rays fans from the Tampa area). The Rays were up by a run going into the bottom of the ninth. Our closer fell apart and loaded the bases, which brought up Shohei. He then proceeds to hit a walkoff grand slam, coincidentally on the same night that he joined (created) the 50HR/50SB club. I said to my friends, "well, it sucks to see the Rays lose, but if I'm gonna see them lose, this is probably the coolest way for it to happen".

If Shohei existed 80+ years ago, he would be fabled in a similar manner to Babe Ruth.

Crazy world series game last night, 6.5 hours and 18 innings. Freeman finally ends the 5-5 tie (for like 7 or 8 innings it seemed like) with a walk off home run. Both teams were digging deep for pitchers because the game went so many innings.

Ohtani was incredible, hits on all 3 (4?) of his at bats- but then they just walked him the rest of the game. He makes it look easy.

I hope Toronto can pull out a win tonight to keep the series interesting. But Ohtani is pitching tonight so....

I stayed up and watched the complete game. I have been watching baseball my whole life and I don't think I have ever seen a game where so many had career best games. Game got over at 3am and went to bed around 3:30 damn it was rough when alarm went off at 4:30. I'm 55 I cant do that anymore. 🤣

Crazy stat:  Right now after the first at bat of this game, Ohtani has reached base in 12 straight plate appearances. That’s just amazing, I think that it ties a playoff record and is only 4 short of the modern era overall record.

Well, he struck out again  but is still pitching, and striking guys out.

Can't blame him for not being on point batting tonight, he's got a lot going on pitching too.

Plus he got on base 9 times last night.

Can't count this Jays team out. What a game. No Springer, Bichette and Kirk playing injured, bullpen working overtime. Still able to find a way to grind out a win. Bieber going right at Shohei, Vladdy taking him deep, epic bounceback game.

Blue Jays were just better last night, dodgers need to bench banda and treinan for the rest of the world series.

Yeah

Freddy and Mookie are not exactly lighting it up. If they don't start putting up some RBI's they're cooked.

This is the world series of challenges and intentional walks, I don’t think i’ve ever seen more challenges in my life.

The Dodgers look like stepford wives. Zero intensity.

Dodgers pitching needs to stop being allergic to throwing strikes, and the offense needs to stop swinging for the fences and just get hits. Just do something at this point.

If you are interested in the art of throwing away the world series, watch this game. This is coming from a life long dodger fan.

A lot of talk about what the Dodgers are doing wrong. Maybe the Blue Jays deserve some credit. Look at the numbers. The Jays are better in basically every category.

Strikes?

Hell, they can't even get to where the catcher can catch it.

What a story this Jays team is. Last place team last year. Now 9 innings away from winning it all. Castoffs like Clement and IKF making big plays and having big at bats. Yesavage was near unhittable last night, guy started the season in Single A.

Toronto is going to be an absolute Gongshow tomorrow. Wonder how many kids are going to have to finish trick or treating in record time so mom and dad can go home and watch the game

And they scored passed ball. I think? Wildest looking passed ball I've seen .
