RV had more wins so that means what? He also had more crashes and broken legs. Heck, if I recall correctly, so many years ago Stewart had more SX wins than the GOAT in a season and guess who won that title?
RV also has a shitload of Lites wins, not to mention consecutive titles. The dude crashed on a sketchy jump.. it happens.

Like you signing up here, sucks, but we deal with it and move forward.

I think you're wrong, with "many, many, many". Show me.

Anyway, I count at least five guys this year.

More wins and more 5ths, too. In addition to more DNF's and DNS's

Wasn't it Grandpa that said he wasn't ready and wouldn't be ready until round 5 or so?

Gramps know his rider. And guess what I know?

A1 starts the weekend of 7th or so in January. Not Feb 15 which is around week 5.

That was last year novice. He's had plenty "o" time.

Watch and weep. Wink

Here's a reminder of what the boy has in the tank... a lot more than some, imo.

I think it would be a bit foolish to bet against Stewart. Smile
Some people forget how fast he is on a SX track.
In all reality ,it is possible that he could come out and smoke everyone and possibly do the unthinkable and have a perfect season.
Trust me when i say this....If James wants to win bad enough he is more then capable of doing it.
I'm sure the other guys wont make it easy on him,but I would assume he will be prepared for that come January. Wink

If Reed is on any kind of factory backed Honda, everyone else better bring their A game to the track. Stewart wont be race ready, his head is on that Bubbas Life exploitation vid.

So? He still doesn't have what Dungey does: A 450 SX title and a 450 outdoor title. Rookie season no less. But let me guess...it was luck. Again, stop acting like Villopoto had that title wrapped up. Especially when he was about 20 points down when he crashed.

No matter what Villopoto does in 2011, Dungey beat him fair and square in 2010 and was the better rider.

If you would have said this 12 months ago it might have been groundbreaking. Now it's just common knowledge.

RV can win both 450 MX / SX next year if he shows up healthy , in shape , hungry and keeps the mishaps to a minimum, four or five other riders could pull if off also.

I just want to see some 5 or 6 way battles next year with all the top dogs racing each other all season long .
That is all we can hope for man i would kill just to see them all race both series all year long! But i do perdict JS7 to be doing some crying by mid year about some nosense so he can go back to FL and waste more time and money.

it will be just like it always is, whoever gets hurt the least will be champion..Injuries WILL happen, whoever stays healthy wins. Doesnt matter who is fastest. We have never seen all these guys race each other healthy, so we're all just guessing...its a long time til january, then 17 races after that. Stewart, Reed,RV, Dungey, pourcell, cannard, millsaps,KW, Weimer,Grant, Metty etc....that is pretty stacked

I'm hoping they can both stay healthy for SX and outdoors. Speed, talent, hard working and both seem to have their heads screwed on straight. But they'll both have to contend with a super confident Dungey who's busting his ass getting ready for the shit flurry otherwise known as A1.

If, and this is a big if, Stewart has his bike dialed for A1 he could seriously deflate a whole lot of sails in Anaheim.
mxb2 wrote:
How much time does he need to dial his bike in?
At least 2 years ......maybe more guess we will find out come A1. not to be negative but I can't think of one year over the last few that he ever had his bike dialed by A1 he usually blames the bike for the first round or two and this year he has had PLENTY enough time to get that bike right

no one won ANYTHING i'm pretty sure RV beat him on wins in SX so i wouldn't say he owned SX . he did win it but he didn't own it like James , M.C and RC have done in the past

I agree, given Canard's good run on the 450 last season (the ones he raced anyway) I would be surprsied if he gave it a shakeup, going to be a great series if everyone is fit and healthy.
