Langenfelder

I know racers don't (or shouldn't) think this way but for us mere mortals who get to watch, a 4 (qualifier)-3-4 weekend clinches for him if De Wolf goes 1-1-1.

I am very curious to see how he will handle any pressure and adversity. Because somehow i cannot find a definite answer on how he would react. Like crumble or rise to the occasion. My gut feeling leans more towards rising to the occasion. Curious to hear any other opinions.

As a german, i just want to point out his last name is Längenfelder and not Langenfelder (this is how everyone pronounes it). I know minor but it is a different pronunciation.

Really cool to see him ride that well. I would not have had him as a title contender going back the last two years. Wonder what he did to improve that much.

Hopefully he’ll hang on and take it 👍

He deserves it. He's been better this season aside from sand races.
But damn his first laps are shitty. He's like the opposite of Kenny. Almost every single race he loses 3-5 spots in the first couple corners.

I think he has shown all season long that he can handle the pressure quite well.
And not many talk about last season, but Simon was actually within 20 points of de Wolf when he got injured.

Unless he has a technical issue or bad luck with a start crash i cannot see him lose this one

I still can’t believe Adamo passed him on the last lap. KTM can’t be happy about that. If they lose out on the title by a couple points I make sure Adamo is riding a different color bike next year

Two different teams. Adamo is Factory KTM, Langenfelder is DeCarli KTM. Think Star and ClubMX.

He and Kay have been trading bad races or motos all season. He has a decent buffer, so I think as long as it doesn’t come all the way undone like Lucas last weekend, he should get it done. Will be interesting if Kay wins the Qualifying race.

I think it also helps if they only have 15-20 riders line up and he gets a bad start, but maybe Australia will have better luck getting some locals in?
