From the downvotes and comments, I sincerely hope Jett and his family are further developing their relationship with Jesus and the shirt wasn’t just a shirt for fun.  Let him be an example of positivity and spiritual growth some Vital members could apparently use.

Keep it up Jett, the majority thinks it is fantastic 👍🏻

You religious people are weird.

I grew up in an evangelical household and when I became an adult, I left the faith, the church and all of it.  It’s amazing what just a basic knowledge of biology will give you.

If you spent a couple days researching biblical history and had an open mind, you’d realize it’s all BS too.

Most of you born again guys just replaced whatever addiction you suffered from with an addiction to religion anyway.

Didn’t you tell someone in another thread the other day you aren’t religious?!

That’s comical and you know it is too. Those kind of hand wave generalizations are so lame.

I’m not religions. I’m a Christ follower; Bible believer. That may be splitting hairs to some so sorry if that’s confusing but it’s a distinction that matters.

Anyways that’s it from me I don’t want to get my account banned lol

You meet 10 people in their 30’s that are born again, you ask them how they got into the belief, I guarantee that at least 8 of them are recovering addicts of some kind or were in jail.

No responsible and successful human being just decides they might be missing something and goes to church.  You’re either born into it or you got into it after you shit the bed in life and it gave you something to work for.

What's funny is the religion of the secular world absolutely ABHORS biological science. Or history. Or anything with truth in it. E.g. if you don't believe in neck down theory, you're a heretic. If you believe in xy/xx genetic expression, you're a heretic. Choose your side carefully, being lukewarm will get you spat out by either, respectively. And there will only be two sides in the end (arguably soteriologically but definitely geopolitically - unless you live in a missile silo). I didn't make the rules.

Evangelicalism has been a black mark on the church, but green shoots are popping up with the millennials, thankfully. Fwiw.

I think the visibility of pure evil in the world as we know it today is causing some folks to realize that maybe there really are animating spirits behind things. I.e. if there is an Evil that rises to the level of the necessarily supernatural, there must also be a Good. The Quickening...

I saw you said you did shrooms and lsd in the 90s. What are people searching for if they're just materialists? Did the 60s succeed in increasing consciousness or are the boomers the butts of jokes now? (sorry boomers)

My mom not only let me have one of those shirts she let me wear it to middle school once. I was sent to the office and they made me wear my basketball jersey over it all day. I narrowly avoided a paddling.

I admire Jett for wearing it, and Randy for the thread.

I'm offended that Jesus is pictured as a white guy when he's obviously of middle eastern descent!

Good scene. I thought of that too when he derided troubled people.

Look where that's gotten us as a society; unable to discuss anything of weight without crashing out.

Men getting divorced because their wives aren't equally yoked and become susceptible to all the yoga babble and lies. (The stereotypical 'if you vote for trump I'm not dating you')

Zoomers can't tolerate dissent or difference without hyperventilating because there's no resiliency required in our method of socialization.

Jonathan Haidt is right.

Jonathan Haidt is right.

And now,,, here we are. A family destroyed for nothing but sharing the love of Jesus. Kids getting killed at school because apparently, they are less precious than the money in banks, judges and politicians,,,, just about everything. Stabbed on a train for being white. Our country seemingly on the brink of an irreconcilable divide. I'm grateful that no riots have occurred. I'm concerned for our nation, though. It feels like a powder keg. As I'm sure you know, 2 Corinthians 7:14 is the cure. And it's us that the "IF" is aimed at.

"If we've ever needed You, Lord it's now." Casting Crowns song off the album Until The Whole World Hears.
