This touches on another reason why the AC and JB Show is so great. They always discuss what they think the riders are earning for example. And on last night's show AC avoided this ridiculous conceit of saying so and so is 'rumoured to be going to' and said straight out Chase is signed to Kawi. Which of course has been known for months.

I’m pretty sure that they spoke about it during the broadcasts a couple of times to now.
First they know it for a couple of weeks. Then they ”speculate” about it, starting to talk about it like it might not happen, and then after a couple of more weeks they talk about it as it’s a done deal.
And then within a couple of months it will be a press realease about it that no one cares about.
”Braking news! The things we have talked about for six months is now confirmed!”

I agree that the AC/JB show is great! I'm not a big fan of title 24 and some of the others. I'm hit and miss with Gypsy and I'm warming up to Hopper. I'm really curious to find out what "factory team" is signing Jason. I wouldn't bother that's for sure. I'd sign a couple of young bucks instead personally.

I think the point is they almost certainly do know the truth and it isn't any more of their business than it is ours. They didn't plug their ears when someone was sharing the gossip with them. Then the fact that nobody is spilling it only adds to the wild speculation. They aren't saying "I don't know" they're saying "it's none of your business." Basically reminding everyone they're insiders and they know something we don't know.....
